Hotel très sympa, et le personnel (jeune) est vraiment gentil, pro, top!! Merci. Et le serveur. Ya... Un mec formidable. TOP! Tout était parfait. Bon... allez.. le parking un peu cher.

Me sentí muy bien atendido, limpieza fenomenal, el personal estaba atento cuando podía necesitar apoyo. Actuaron con diligencia para que me sintiera cómodo y resolviera mi necesidad.
Para mí como latino, tuve ciertas dificultades con el idioma y los desayunos, no siempre encontré algo más acorde a nuestra gastronomía.

Very close to the Airport. Quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is shuttle every 30 mins to amd from the Aiprot. Very inexpensive for a 4 Star in Switzerland. I will.always stay here!

Leider hat man die Flugzeuge durch das geschlossene Fenster gehört.
Bei dem Frühstück, wurden nicht bis zum Ende die Brötchen aufgefüllt und teilweise hatten wir kein Besteck.

Handige luchthaven shuttle.
Het hotel is erg luidruchtig. De Minibar compressor maakte in het midden van de nacht ontzettend veel lawaai bij aan/uit gaan. Bedden waren te zacht en niet naar mijn voorkeur. Duur ontbijt als je dit los bijboekt.

Underground parking, very clean.
I didn't like the bathtub/shower combination. It was very small and the water didn't drain very well in our room which resulted in you standing in your own dirty water.
Also, the bed was not so comfortable. the mattress was hard and springy.

The staff were excellent, so friendly and very accomadatiing. Easily accessible to Geneva Airport. Free Shuttle Bus. Bus Driver lovely and friendly. A complex beside Hotel for food and shops. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean.
I could not complain. The whole experience was lovely. Staff friendly. The location is great.

La ubicación, cercano al aeropuerto, muy cerca de una parada de tran que te lleva en 20 minutos al centro de la ciudad. Muy cerca también hay un ALDI, Mediamarkt, etc.
Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, las habitaciones están reformadas y están muy bien aunque sigo sin entender porque un hotel reformado y cómodo sigue teniendo bañeras.

Very close to the airport. Shuttle is free but we had to wait 30 mins for the next one. Hotel is good and it met out expectations. Would recommend.
The sauna and gym facilities are tiny. Pictures might be a bit misleading. Also, we found we were eligible for free transport from the hotel only after our stay. So make sure you ask reception

La réceptionniste lors du check-in, le barman ainsi que la serveuse du 6 novembre sont avenants, respectueux et ouverts d’esprit.
Lors du check-out une femme (Mme N. Cana…) a fait mon check-out. 5 min après l’un de mes collègues est arrivé. Le 2eme collègue peu de temps après. Le collègue de Mme Canasson a eu le temps de faire le check-out de 4 personnes dont mes 2 collègues pendant qu’elle me demandait mon compte TVA et qu’elle souhaitait que je dise tout fort ce que j’ai consommé dans le mini-bar. A noter que je suis passé par le code QR pour enregistrer ma consommation.
La dame pas discrète et non professionnelle, désagréable (serait-ce parce que je suis une femme ?) et très lente. Ce qui m’a valu un retard très important à mon rdv professionnel.
PS: une femme d’affaire a autant le mérite d’être respectée que ses confrères masculins. Merci de l’en informer.

The hotel is about 7 mnts from airport. The shuttle was there to pick us up. The room is spacious and clean. It has everything that one would need, mini bar, coffee machine .. The breakfast is Very Good.
All was good. Just that the pillows were ok, not v comfortable. And it would be nice to have slippers as most guests will be staying for one night and have packed their suitcases.

The hotel is nice, close to the airport, next to the supermarket, McDonald's and the tram stop The service staff is very friendly The reception staff are great The employee "karim" is very helpful, cheerful, and helps you with everything available, and he is really one of the best receptionists that I have ever dealt with..

Bathroom should be kept better though (leaky doors)
