Spectacular views of rolling greens and the Brokenback Ranges surround this large and modern home within The Vintage precinct. Peaceful and scenic surrounds command the R&R you have travelled to the Hunter Valley to find. The Vintage on the 8th offers all the modern conveniences to help you maintain that theme for the entirety of your stay. If you book at Friday and Saturday nights you can stay on Sunday night at 50% discount. (except Public and School Holidays) Designate pool table room with TV and KAYO Sports. 4 Large Smart TVs Double Sided Gas Fireplace Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning Located overlooking the green of the par 3 8th a short stroll will see you at The Clubhouse, Legends Grill, function centre and Bimbadgen Estate in just a couple of minutes. 2 spacious outdoor entertaining areas take advantage of position at all times of the year whether you're looking for a sun drenched corner on a lazy winter afternoon or a shaded deck by the pool and BBQ in the midst of summer. The Vintage on the 8th's pool deck is surrounded by frameless glass so it doesn't interfere with your enjoyment of viewing the rolling greens. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms provide accommodation for eight people to sleep in complete comfort or for a family to sprawl and relax. (8 guests maximum, car spaces allow for 4 cars ONLY on the property at any given time.) 1 X King Bed 1 X King bed (can be converted to 2 Long Singles) 1 x Queen Bed 2 x King Singles Pricing on Home Away site is inclusive of 6 guests with additional guest @$60 per person per night extra. 3pm checkout on Sundays * Please note: The Vintage On The 8th is in a residential area. PLEASE respect our neighbours and restrict noise on the outside verandahs and in the pool deck after 10pm nightly! Complaints from neighbours, golfers and security regarding excessive noise or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. The Vintage and its facilities The Vintage is the Hunter Valley's premier residential golf course community with residences set around a world class, 18 hole golf course designed by Greg Norman. The 18-hole course measures 6,310 metres with a par of 71 and is the only Greg Norman-designed golf course in NSW that is accessible to the public. The Vintage on the 8th is ideally located with views of the approach and green and just a short stroll to all the facilities on offer. These include a 25m lap pool, children’s wading pool and relaxing hot tub. Near to this are the 2 championship tennis courts, electric barbecues and guests gym. The clubhouse itself hosts The Legends Grill which serves tasty meals from breakfast to dinner overlooking the 18th. The pro shop can assist with tee times and golfing equipment. Leading brand clubs are available for hire. Golf tuition is also available at The Vintage. Adjacent to the pro shop is the putting green, and just nearby you’ll find the chipping green and driving range. The Vintage is also the ideal location for corporate and group golf days, with specially tailored packages to suit small and large fields. Please Note:- The Vintage on the 8th is in a quiet residential area and is not a PARTY HOUSE. Bookings not accepted for parties / functions / under 25's/schoolies or bucks & hens weekends. The home, located within the Vintage golf complex is perfectly located to explore the Pokolbin and Hunter wine districts. It also boasts a nicely curated home with glorious views and very comfortable areas for relaxing, dining and outdoors. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms which made our stay that much more comfortable.
We highly recommend this property, especially for family get togethers.

This beautiful home had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. It easily accommodated seven adults with plenty of areas to enjoy. A well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, pool, games room, and being dog friendly made for an all round great stay! And just a short stroll to the course and clubhouse!

Great spot with plenty of room and plenty to keep everyone busy or just sit back and relax after a day touring the vineyards . Close to the heart of the hunter valley with plenty of quality vineyards close by. Pool was great as we had done warmer days so it was great to cool down after a day of wine tasting.

Our family had a wedding at Bimbadgen Estate Palmers Lane. This amazing property was perfectly located both to the venue and all local business with sufficient space for two families, well equipped with all that a large group needs and great amenities. The pool was fantastic and greatly appreciated with the warmer weather and the view of the greens and the outdoor set up was a perfect place to relax after the festivities and take it all in. We all enjoyed our stay at Vintage on the 8th and will come back.

Our stay was for our daughters wedding- the accommodation was just what we needed- it had space for all that comes with getting ready for a wedding. I could not recommend this property highly enough.

We were very happy with everything except the air conditioner wasn’t working (it was 33 each day) and I called the number I was given but nobody got back to me. That was disappointing. However I would recommend it and stay there again

The property was stunning, spotlessly clean, and spacious, location and view was amazing. Whole family was so comfortable including our little pooch. Short walk to wonderful dining experience. We couldn’t ask for anything better for our first Hunter Valley experience.

We stayed here recently with family and friends. The house was fully equipped for all our needs, clean and spacious. We brought our dog with us too and he loved exploring within the fenced in yard.
We sat on the deck at the bottom of the garden in the evening and watched as a large group of kangaroos moved their way across the golf course right in front of us. We had a giggle as 2 started having a boxing fight right in our view. We loved the pool table and the fire made us feel very cosy on a cold evening.
Would definitely recommend as a base for visiting vineyards or simply just relaxing in the beautiful surrounds.

The house is very spacious. we stayed with our best friends and had great time. The pool looked great but it was a bit to cool for us oldies to take a dip. The bottle of wine left buy the host was a lovely touch. Thank you Julie.

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course and surrounds from the lounge room. It’s an ideal property _ one level with well appointed spacious bedrooms (particularly the Master).
Nice touch to receive a surprise welcome bottle of local wine. Loved the fireplace and snooker table. Thanks for a great stay.

This has been the fourth time staying there over the last five years with the same group of friends and we all still love it and will stay again next year, great location, comfy house, pool table, pool, Golf course, Pubs and restaurants close handy you don't get better then that.

7 ladies recently stayed at Vintage on the 8th for a girls weekend away. This was our second stay at this property. The location is wonderful, it was warm enough for a relaxing swim and we had the bonus of hearing the "Day on The Green" and singing along to Brian Adams from the comfort of the back deck. There is plenty of space and all the creature comforts. We will definitely be back again.

It's in a nice quiet spot with lots of seating areas inside and out, great large kitchen with everything you need, also a laundry and a pool table. As it was warm we mostly dined outside and the pool was also great to cool off. The owner was so easy to deal with and left us a nice bottle of Shiraz and offered us a late checkout on the Sunday (thanks Joanne). The property itself is well located - we could walk or drive for morning coffees and were able to walk to and from Bimbadgen estate for dinner at Esca on Friday then to the concert on Saturday (take a torch or head lamp as it is beautifully dark so we saw hundreds of stars). Overall it was great value for money - we loved staying here and hope to come back for another weekend in winter.

It was a little cold for swimming but the pool looked nice.

Love love the area and location as it’s private, secure and peaceful. And you’re surrounded by other beautiful homes with wonderful facilities and gardens/landscape. With just a short drive and easy access to everything.
Was a lovely house with gorgeous views from the backyard that provided a comfortable and relaxing stay for a family of seven.
It was a pity though that the house needed some maintenance work such as door knob in the bathroom was loose and about to fall off, sliding screen doors were hard to slide open/close, microwave door was difficult to close and washing machine had a funny smell that we did not want to use it, and there were a couple of dog poop that we ended up cleaning too as we did not want them to think it was us that left it there. Overall though we would definitely stay at the vintage again.

Pool a must in summer!
Clean home, easy check in and great location. Pool was great! Well stocked kitchen. Layout is perfect with the kids rooms and a rumpus at the other end of the house to the master!

Property is amazing, house got everything what u need..
When we arrived the temperature was 40+ degrees, but inside the house was nice & cool..
Two hours prior our coming they put the aircon on, the fridge was cold enough to enjoy few cold beers straight after our arrival..
So far this was the most beautiful place at Hunter Valley & we definitely recommend for everyone to check and stay..
Kids had so fun in the swimming pool, we enjoyed few table pool games with great white domestic wine..
We had a beautiful welcome white wine waiting for us left for us by the owners..
Thank you guys and we definitely coming back..

The property was great. Really great location and very smart accommodation. Some really nice touches like the welcome backboard by the door and the welcome bottle of wine provided by the owners. Superb outlook onto the 8th green at the Vintage and the facilities were first class. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Hunter
