We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach House. It was extremely clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The location, opposite the beach and very close to the shops, was excellent. It was also a good base for trips to Mt Gambier, Beachport and along the local coast. The Beach House was beautifully presented, uncluttered, but with a nod to the beach and to the age of the house while feeling contemporary at the same time. We also enjoyed having the choice of being able to sit out on the front veranda with the sea view or sitting more privately out the back. Everything was provided & communication was excellent. We didn't want to leave (in fact we would have liked to stay an extra night but alas, it was already booked.) Jo and Leo

Never been here before, host were lovely, rooms were spacious and warm, loved the log fire in the kitchen. The only thing we would of loved is if there was a dryer, for a family of 5, it made washing a nightmare, other than that, great location, beautiful old home.

Lovely little house with great views. Nice and clean. Unfortunately hard to keep warm. No dryer was a problem. Not a good option for people with a disability.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beachhouse, and I am extremely happy with our accommodation. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The spacious living area and bedrooms provided ample room to unwind and relax. The tasteful decor and well-maintained furnishings provided an inviting atmosphere that instantly felt like a home away from home. Awesome house on an amazing coastline central to so many wonderful things to see and do. Fishing, walking, hiking, and relaxing on the front porch having a sneaky wine or two after a great day sightseeing. Spectacular sunsets and sunrises.
