Excellent breakfast, very convenient location for the airport and for the city center especially if you travel by car. The staff was very helpful. Clean and big rooms.

We arrived at the hotel 11 pm and there was no any option for food since there was no room service facility option and the kitchen of hotel restaurant had been closed. Around the hotel there was no any restaurant or fast food as well. Only gas stations and a supermarket which it was closed as well since we were very late.

The location is too far from city centre , the breakfast was poor and restricted. Taxi was too expensive to get to town.

It is far from the city center, but easy transportation is provided by lam rossa city buses, there were dust particles left after cleaning in the toilet, the view was not nice.

The room did not smell good, and no matter how much we ventilated, the smell would not go away. Some switches didn't even work, and the plugs worked if the light was on. The location was quite far from the center. But above all, the most annoying thing of all, is that they made an extra charge on my account and, despite having contacted them via email, they have not even responded. I will not return.

I have stayed at several AC Marriott properties this was the worst! Wi-Fi did not work and USB and outlets in our room did not work.

Good hotel suitable for short term stays. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. Room looked exactly as on the pictures. Very clean.

Heating was turned off and it took half day to make the room into good temperature.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our room smelled of old cigarettes as if the room had been previously a smoking room. There were water stain on the ceiling and the wall paper towards the ceiling appeared aged and peeling. The cleanliness was above standard but the wear and tear of the room were below Marriott levels.

I booked online through booking.com and the morning of my check-in, my card was charged for the agreed amount. I had requested earlier check in, but it was denied. This wasn't a problem as I wasn't in a rush and my sister was waiting with me until I was able to check-in. Unfortunately, due to the rain, she had to leave and I was waiting alone. Right before she left, we approached the desk to make sure that no payment would be needed on check out and the agent said that everything was already paid for. At 2:45PM a man approached the front desk and checked in. When I tried to check in after him, I was given a story about how they weren't able to print cards right now and because he is an Ambassador, it was easy for him. I went to sit back down and wait, but then a huge group of kids came in, easily over 20 people. They checked in this entire group before me and made me wait until 3:45PM before I could get my key and go to my room. When I asked what time the restaurant opened for dinner, they advised that this group just booked out the entire restaurant and that I would not be able to have dinner there. Disappointing, but I just ordered take out and went to bed. The next morning I went to check out and was told that the room wasn't paid for. Despite telling the agent that the payment was already charged to my card, and telling him that I verified the day before with another agent, he insisted that the room was not paid for - so refused to let me check out and I had to pay again. I didn't want to miss my flight and didn't have time to continue arguing as other guests were queuing up behind me. The room itself was great, but service is definitely not Marriott style. I am STILL waiting for my refund.
