Vacanza a Malaga

Posizione e buon cibo anche non vario

Code agli ascensori materassi infossati e coprimaterassi un pò sudici. La piscina all'aperto chiude alle 5 (orario migliore per sfruttarla) e non ti fanno stare neanche sulle sdraio. Canali del TV italiani inesistenti

Highly recommend!!!

Love every thing variety of food at dinner ... was never up for breakfast so won't be booking that nextime . Pool food was delicious entertainment...location ... my visit was too short am already looking at booking again. That's my spot again and again.

El desayuno no está mal

Que yo y mi pareja fuimos con todo incluido pero te cobran el agua ,café de la cafetería y si no el camarero te manda a una máquina de café que no es lo mismo en el solarium de arriba nos echó la camarera porque decía que en las mesas no entraba la pulsera para con sumir tenías que pagar las bebidas si querías estar allí es más palabras textuales de la Camarera no podes estar aquí si no consumís pagando ponerse en las amacas antes que venga mi jefe y me regañe etc

Overall very satisfied & our room had a wonderful balcony with great views of the sea

Super location so near the railway station. The Lift to the Promenade is only a short walk from hotel. Really 😊 nice staff and hotel was spotlessly clean . It was also great value for money

Definitely the Lift Scenario around 9.00 to 9.30 am . Sometimes we had to wait 10 to 15 mins to Get from 7 the floor to Restaurant at Level -1

Lovely Hotel. Very central and still close to the beach. The variety of food was poor.

Brillant Location right in the centre and close to shops restaurents train station. Amazing view of sea. Bedrooms with sea view were fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and spacious balcony. (flat pillows you need to request extra pillows). Very clean hotel . The roof pool was a suprise. The main pool was closed in January so it was nice to see a small heated indoor pool on the roof.

Food was not great. We booked half board and breakfast plus dinner had a poor selection of food. Almost the same thing every night. The lifts are very slow and when we were staying (in late January 2024) one of the lifts was out of service. We paid half board and knew we were not entilted to snacks or soft drinks/ coffee on display in the bar. However we were going to pay for a coffee at the bar but the bar waiter was cross and told us that if we wanted coffee we would have to wait in the lounge and order it from there ,we could not take coffee from the bar bouffet as it was for full board. There is no kettle or tea/coffee facility in the rooms.

Economico. Bello SOLO da fuori. Buon punto per prendere treno e andare a Malaga, lasciando la macchina nelle vicinanze non pagando il parcheggio. Ma tutto questo fuori stagione turistica.

Scelto solo per il costo buono. Intorno 60€ a notte fuori stagione turistica, ma sapendo che é tutto in condizioni disperate, non avrei pagato nemmeno quello. Evitate di mangiare lì, fa tutto pena e di bassissima qualità. Menomale che la cena abbiamo provato e pagato (20€ a persona) solo la prima sera. Le stanze sono stravecchie, materasso sfondato e rumoroso, avevo paura di cadere attraverso.

Good stay at a fair price

This is a good hotel, with a good cost benefit ratio. The facilities are not new, but overall it does the job.

The mattresses are not comfortable- too soft. Also, they could have kettle in the rooms to make tea and coffee.

Nice hotel,very clean and very cosy beds,nice pool area ,the location was brilliant in the center of all bars and restaurants and the lift down to the beach is right across the road from the hotel,

I booked for three nights for 28th-30th March. When I arrived they told me that the booking through booking.com had placed the booking for April instead ! No idea why this happened but I had no offer to change the booking to my actual dates and nothing at all from the hotel or booking.com by way of a refund !! I’m still fuming that there’s been no support from either !! 😡😤

We checked in and checked out again 20 minutes later; it was that bad.

Please do everything to avoid crossing the threshold of this hotel. I should have read the reviews before booking because all the warning signs are already there. On arrival, we were met with a dark and ominous reception area filled with grubby and broken furniture and no welcome from the staff beyond a curt demand for our passports. Once checked in, the room was equally disappointing, appearing to be straight from the 80s and with a mattress that felt like it had been in constant use since that time - individual bed springs were identifiable when it was first sat on. We didn't try the food - but it looked very unappetising, with the word "congealed" seeming the most appropriate to describe it. The listing had the outdoor pool open from March 15th; it was closed and fenced off when we arrived at the end of March, with reception showing no concern when we questioned this contradiction. A small pool is on the roof, but it is like a greenhouse, so in no way comparable. The Hotel has corrected the dates in the last couple of days. They now show 15th April, demonstrating they made an admin mistake. A mistake which was the reason for booking with them / not booking with them. This is a hotel that charges 10 euros for borrowing a kettle or 20 euros to borrow pool towels and charges for a bottle of water when it's "all-inclusive". Despite air conditioning on the listing, reviews suggest they only switch it once the temperatures are above 30 degrees. To save money, they think you can sweat it out up to 29 degrees—another sleight of hand. Book with them, and it might all go ok, as some of the other reviews show - but should anything go slightly off track, then the true DNA of this organisation is revealed. Not Customer-focused at all - driven by cutting their costs to the detriment of customers (air conditioning, pool, food quality, worn-out mattresses, watered-down drinks etc.).

Hotel overall is quite dated would rate this a liw 3 star not a 4 star Lifts get busy at certain times of the day. Room walls are quite thin so disturbed sleep in the early hours when drunk guests return and start singing at 5am.... bar staff were not overly helpful.. hotel offers all Inclusive so quite a few guests take advantage of this and get drunk and noisey..

Nice break in the sun, Was all inclusive, but still went out, thought the area was a bit expensive.

Great location near train station, lift down to the beach. breakfast best meal. Lovely clean beach, plenty bars and cafes.

Food a bit boring after a few days, the drinks tasted quite weak, sometimes seemed like no spirit in the drink. Did not see sky bar open.
