Kann man machen, zum schlafen! Muss man aber nicht

Die Lage und die Dachterrasse sind super!

Die Zimmer sind winzig und echt alt. Die Flure sind alt, die Türen sind alt… der Aufzug ist winzig, langsam und angsteinflössend!

The room was fabulous, the view was wonderful, food was fabulous for a hotel this size.

Perfect place to stay for a week

Staff was really helpful and could speak very good English. They helped us get to a water park and back by providing a free coach. They also provided pool towels and cleaned the rooms everyday. Everyone was very polite too

We found one silverfish but honestly wasn’t an issue at all. The room was incredibly clean otherwise. Can completely understand that something like that cannot be helped

Overall, a very good choice for hotel and location.

The breakfast was good, liked having fresh omelette made for me.

We had dinner once but didn’t think it was worth the price.

The food was mediocre & you still end up paying for regular drinks (i.e. water/juice)so be sure to keep a few coins handy.

The hotel room was extremely hot and the photos provided online doesn’t match what you’ll see once you get there.

Great location to see the sights

Breakfast was excellent great choice. Great location and only £2 on the bus to Palma very easy.

Thought the spa was included but thay was £8

clean hotel on the beach

we stopped here after a late flight so got in late but the hotel room was clean and in a good location for the bars and restaurants also very handy bus stop outside that takes you to Palma helpful friendly staff good breakfast

we were woken by noisy guests in the hotel late at night (morning) no door on the bathroom which isn’t nice for anyone the corridors felt a bit like a school corridor

Would come back

The location and our room with sea view were superb. The staff is super friendly and helpful, a 10 for them. Breakfast was great, lots of options. The sky bar.

The shower’s drain was obstructed.

fabulous hotel really enjoyed our stay!

The location of the property on the sea front was excellent , the staff was friendly!

not much not to like at the property it self, the property was in a predominantly German district, Which in itself is not bad but entertainment in the area was German I would have preferred a more diverse selection of entertainment ,

The staff were very nice, polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

The bathroom was old and the shower didn’t work very well. The hairdryer didn’t work and there were hardly any toiletries

Excellent rooftop view!

The rooftop terrace has an amazing view, right in front of the beach, and has a Jacuzzi. Food was really good, I choose for half pension(breakfast and dinner included) and it was definitely the right choice - the drinks are not included during the dinner, but they are included in the breakfast. Food and beverage staff was amazing! The rest of the staff was also good, but the servers from breakfast and dinner were really nice, chefs as well..

The food described in the menu(I had lunch in the rooftop-so it was paid) was different from what I actually got. I ordered a wok of vegetables with mushrooms, courgettes according to the menu, but I received the wok with a lot of paprika and barely no other vegetable. It did not mention in the menu that it would come with paprika, qnd i don't really eat it, so i asked the staff and the chef prepared another wok with the correct vegetables.. It was a solved really fast, so extra points for that.

Great weather, great location, great holiday spoiled by certain aspects under the control of the hotel owners and manage

The location was excellent. The rooftop Sky Bar was great but the jacuzzi was ridiculously small and certainly not as it is shown on their marketing images, some artistic license has been used.

The air conditioning was particularly poor and the beds were uncomfortable to say the least. We complained about the first room offered to us and we’re rapidly upgraded to a larger room with a slightly better mattress. The air conditioning remained abysmal.

Hispania hotel great experience

The location and customer service were brilliant and also the views on the 5th floor and breakfast highly recommend the also helped as with all the enquaries we had definitely coming back the cocktails were perfect.

very close to the airport and the sea is right in front of the hotel & very nice rooftop bar

Good location and friendly staff

I really like the terrace which the best part of the hotel in my opinion, also location next to the beach is good. What was a big plus was really friendly staff at reception, they were helpful and understanding in case of an issue

Hotel feels a bit outdated, especially some room as my friends stayed in old part and that one wasn't even 3 stars, swimming pool is also not soo great and over all hotel feels a bit old. Food was kinda average, but not bad, but nothing excellent either.

Hotel is worth the Value!

The location was pretty central and lots of things and places around. The rooftop bar was just amazing with astonishing views. The food was great and cheap (if you were ordering separately). Staff was very friendly.

There was no way to get some water to drink at the hotel after 11 PM. We needed it for the baby and I was told to go for a water hunt at the Bars around. The room was quite small for us but e.g. our friends(without a baby) got a pretty huge room. You have to know that the hotel entrance does not have direct access to the street, so if you are travelling with a car, make sure to find a parking lot.

We were expecting better hotel for this price

The hotel is next to the beach. Aircondition was working very good. A lot of TV channels with different languages. Big and comfortable beds. Big bathroom.

Hotel needs renovation in the part that we were staying. The carpet, windows and doors look very old and dirty. The balcony in a room was 1 square meter and literally just enough for one person to sit. No drying racks to place wet clothes or something. It was creepy to see that hotel placed security camera right above our balcony corner. So no privacy in a balcony. The street ladies were “working” every night few meters from hotel, so you can imagine your view and all sounds in the night. It’s not a hotel problem, but still it makes not an enjoyable staying. The sound proof was very bad. The doors was so old that you can see light from the corridor. On arrival the room was quiet dusty and still with fingerprints on furniture. No kettle, no cups, no minibar, no inside slippers, no mini shampoo. You need to pay for minisafe. The breakfast was simple and juices were not natural taste.
