Location was great, right in front of the lake. Food was absolutely amazingly prepared. Main hotel building was very charming.

Nice location, old but very well maintained building and rooms, excellent breakfast.

Location is good with lake view.. If we have warm weather on the day, we can enjoy the time close to lake. Room is clean, check in check out process is easy. Reaching to location was easier with car. I am not sure about other way of transportation.

1. When checking the details of room while booking, 1 room was mentioned as small room with shared toilet/bathroom. But actually in the hotel there is no rooms as shared toilet/bathroom. Every room has its own. This detail was misleading. Its better if its corrected. 2. I was expecting hot water to drink in the room. But there was no Kettle in there. Anyways, I could borrow it from the reception staff. Which was better :)

Nice location by the lake with grounds for kids to play , albeit none of the rooms looked towards the water. Nice breakfast with carefully selected items.

The room was ridiculously small. The small double room was actually a single room with all other furniture removed to fit a double bed. No closet, TV or space to place our luggage was available. Worst of all was that there was absolutely no ventilation in the room. The bathroom as a result was always damp, and the air where we slept just horrible. Dinner in the restaurant was below average and well overpriced for the quality offered. The entrecôte was a rather poor cut and the burger was dry to the death. The sill and smoked shrimp plate as a starter was actually quite nice. I would not return to this hotel in the fire and would look for better value for money in the vicinity vs the 1200SEK/night we paid.

The location, but as the outdoor area is very old and not comfortable, you don't want to spend that much time at the lake.

Everything. Not clean at all in the whole hotel. Everywhere you look, no matter if in the rooms or the floors, the restaurant area and so on, are spiders. The house looks super old from outside and not maintained. The hotel needs a total makeover, also the outdoor area as all the benches are destroyed. A lot of mould in the shower !!!! No matter how cheap or expensive a hotel is, mould is an absolute No-Go! Nice receptionist, who tried to find a solution for the mould-in-the-shower problem (they tried to clean it, but as commonly known mould can not really be cleaned). She offered us other rooms, but the bathrooms looked quite similar and not clean too. Upon request the hotel Manager got called, as we wanted a refund as it wasn't possible to use the shower with mould, but the Manager only offered us to leave the hotel and then get the money back. But at 7 p.m. it was impossible to find any other free hotels anymore, so it wasn't a really good offer. We didn't get any refund in the end, even though we couldn't use the shower for the 2 nights!
