Excellent high st shopping...Location was close enough to the City Centre, and tube station. From hotel to Marble Arch takes on avg 20mins, and is mostly faster than getting a Uber or Bolt!

Good location in terms of proximity to major medical and shopping facilities as well as close to tube and bus lines.

I stayed 11 nights in suite and larger room. Management lacks competency to manage potentially dangerous situations of fire alarms and actual fire incidence in health club, failing to declare who are fire marshalls’ and allowing staff to give incorrect information to guests .. indeed on 2 nd fire incidence we were told there was definitively no fire.. when in reality there was .. i didn't feel safe in this hotel based on these incidents. Disturbed slerp. Restaurant poorly organized with strict closures while offering service poor. Concierge lost 2 consignments, one not informed for 3 days after package arrival. No concierge to assist on guest arrival outside hotel, as required. Management lacks humility and ability to listen to and apologize for mistakes from multiple guests who complained re 2 fire alarm incidents, one of which was at 04.00 am lasting more than 1 hour..displacing hundreds of people and resulting in multiple complainants. Service sector doesn't work well in this hotel. Staff in bar failed to assist sick elderly guest in a timely manner .. this responsibility fell on guests initially. Rubbish of other guests collected and left in our room.. no oversight or Quality control .. a very poor experience of a well located Holiday Inn . Reform and Staff management training essential to ensure a guest safety and satisfaction. I will not go back .

Swimming pool system 1in1 out, waiting area could be better for the wait! Maybe could call or text when you're up and in or be able to give a ruff idea of your time of wait. Are you limited to a certain amount of time In the pool?

The location near to two underground lines that can linked you to almost all of London mains.

Furniture needs to be upgraded. Lifts needs to be improved or increased as you have to wait for long time to get it. They did not supply complementary drinking water to my room and the reception said it's only upgraded reservation.

We booked twin beds got a double We're told we would recieve a separate quilt asked 3 times and we were ignored quilt never came, fire alarm went off and we were evacuated at 4 in the morning it was a total farce we weren't told anything then were allowed bck in due to false alarm. The room was dirty they certainly wouldn't win 4 in a bed

Closeness to the tube station was great. Room was small but passable. View was OK.

No fridge was in the room and it was delivered but it was so noisy so I had to unplug it.

Location, and bedroom was to a ok standard. Nothing special. Ok for one night to get your head down, don’t expect 4 star experience.

Very busy at check in. Spoke to some other people in the lobby who said it has been awfully busy with no staff available to help. There was a lot of noise in the hotel corridors toilets flushing and people taking.

There is a free swimming pool with spa the staff are very friendly 5 minutes walk from the tube station 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants

location, very nice hotel, very friendly staff, was able to leave cases on 1st day as arrived at 11 and leave on last day till our train at 7.30. pool was lovely and quiet.

we thought we had brought breakfast but hadn’t and it was £17 each to buy at the hotel so we didn’t bother which was a shame as I’d been looking forward to breakfast each day!

I really like this hotel: it has everything I need when I am in London: super location (in kensignton high street, modern, and renewed). I got the room 7037 (executive). It was comfortable, big, and very clean. Mattress very comfortable and the room has a bathtub (as I prefer). The hotel serves a noce big breakfast and has also a health center with a spa and a pool on the ground-floor. Front desk team was very kind and helpful with me. This is my hotel in London and I am looking forward to c9m8ng back. Thank you all!!!

Great location, great breakfast, great room.

We did not receive our IHC platinum status or reward points when we checked in. The hotel staff said no more points if you book through Booking.com. This resulted in not receiving any priority service at the hotel. For example, when we checked in at 3 p.m. our room was not ready. We had to wait several hours before it was ready. The Hotel consierge did offer to safeguard our baggage in the meantime. However, when the room was finally ready, the Hotel could not find our bags. We managed without our bags the first evening, but the Hotel finally came up with our bags at the last minute. Also, the jacuzzi was "out of order" for our entire stay. Something we had been looking for.
