La proximité avec la gare et très proche du centre ville
À notre arrivée le coffre ne fonctionnait pas .le personnel a répondu personne à la maintenance désolé.Pas de proposition de changement de chambre La télévision très difficile à allumé,une fois sur 2.Le code wifi ne fonctionnait pas.Heureusement que nous restions qu une nuit.

We needed an overnight stop near the train station in Marseille. We liked the location to the train station and the breakfast in the morning. A bar and snacks are available for the evening as well. The room had the basics that we needed.

Fliesen im Bad verschimmelt, Toilettensitz zersprungen, Fernsteuerung des Fernsehers defekt. Waschbecken defekt.
Wir bekamen ohne Information ein spezielles Rollstuhlfahrer Zimmer, welches für uns nicht nötig war und dementsprechend völlig ungeeignet.

Nice comfy bed, clean, bathroom also big. Right next to station. Good breakfast.
While location is nice for when you need a train, the neighbourhood is bad, especially after dark. During the day its okay.

I liked the proximity to St. Charles station, the staff was extremely helpful, and the breakfast was great. They will look after your bags if you're sticking around Marseille waiting for a departure later in the day. There is a Carrefour right next door for getting any sort of essentials you may have forgotten.
The neighborhood around St. Charles can be a bit rough, but that is not the fault of the property.

La ubicación estaba al lado de la estación y como teníamos que coger el tren nos fue muy bien

Otelin konumu tek kelime ile mükemmel. Tren garına 2 dk uzaklıktasınız ve civarı gezmek istiyorsanız uzun mesafe trenleri ve otobüsleri buradan kalkıyor. Metro durağı da var tabi ki M1 ve M2 hatları için. Havalimanı shuttları da buradan kalkıyor genelde her 10 dkda bir. Ayrıca araç kiralama opsiyonu da var. (Biz Avignon ve Nice'e buradan otobüsle gidip geldik çok rahat ettik)
Otelin hemen yanında gece 10a kadar açık Carrefour var. Kahvaltısı Avrupa standartlarına göre gayet yeterli.
Oda ilave yataklı 3 kişi için küçük ama biz sorun etmedik. Otelin çevresi çok iyi değil ancak Marsilya hatta artık Fransa'nın geneli bu durumda ve İstanbul'da yaşıyorsanız çok da abartılacak bir durum değil.

J'ai eu un lit simple j'aurais préféré un double

Ménage laisse un peu à désirer il y avait pas de shampooing
Manque d'un frigo ( car pas de resto dans l'hôtel)

Le personnel à la réception et au service petit déjeuner : poli et professionnel.
Les chambres sont propres dans l’ensemble et au calme.
L’odeur de la fumée de cigarette qui remonte dans la chambre lorsqu’on ouvre la fenêtre au 1er côté cour.
Le ventilateur au sol dans le couloir du 1er étage, la chambre n’était pas lumineuse et la femme de ménage qui passe à 9h alors qu’on s’est absenté le temps du petit déjeuner et n’a pas eu besoin de changer nos serviettes etc.
Les boissons chaudes des machines au petit déjeuner ☹️

Yatakları ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Otel merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi.resepsiyonda çalışan buket hanım çok yardımcı oldu.ayrıca otoparkın olmasıda mükemmel.

He visto y he estado en miles de hoteles, pero a este por su nivel de estrellas debe estar más bajo, en 3 y con suerte.

Bathroom a bit mouldy around door base and cracked sink. Had to ask for towels for our daughter and get them from reception myself

The breakfast was more than sufficient with choice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Across the road from the train station which was very convenient. The check in staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us with a special request.
If arriving by car there is very limited parking on arrival before checking in.

It was a pretty fine hotel, it definitely needs some renovations for this price! The bed was very comfortable and it is close to the city which you can reach on foot! We also had a nice view of the city from the fifth floor :)
