Clean and comfortable hotel

The location is great and relatively close to 2 MTR lines. There is a shuttle to take you to the MTR line as well which is fantastic. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and clean

The elevators were insanely slow. In the mornings, we had to wait over 15 minutes and ended up walking down. The bathrooms are also quite compact.

Birthday Trip at HK

The Hotel well located, most of everything next to the hotel ( mini market, 7eleven, Restaurants ( Chinese & Korean), McDonald is front of the hotel door,salon,…) The Olympic MTR station is just straight to the hotel five minutes by walk. You can hangout everywhere and easily to find the MTR station to back to your hotel location, you must need to have Octopus card to can easily use it for the MTR access as cannot access by cash or any other cards, and better to have Local SIM card for Easy use the Maps and to make your life more easy. The hotel teams are wonderful, from reception teams and concierge are wonderful and helpful, meanwhile thanks to my housekeeper she was lovely and very polite. The hotel has a bus shuttle to drop you in some of selected locations which is complimentary, I haven’t use it since I prefer to use the MTR more convenient but in case you need the teams are very happy to help you. A big THANKS. To the hotels teams from the management teams to the all employees for making my Birthday more enjoyable and made my trip fabulous and unforgettable, I have really enjoyed a lot the Beautiful view from my room floor 27th it’s so stunning you can see the night lights it’s amazing. Thank you so much for pampering me and made my Birthday more special. I am so grateful.

A hotel accommodation that is becoming to feel like home!

repeat guest for a few times. the location and the food choices nearby is one of the best. the room size and cleanliness is perfect for me. I only wish the filtered water dispenser was on every floor:)

That’s not a 4 star hotel for sure

Well I’m not sure I can name any. It’s clean here.

The room is super small and the bed too. Doesn’t suit for a 1.86 man, legs lay just out of bed The hotel didn’t inform that they planned maintenance works, when we arrived we had to check in at the parking and use the back door, creepy Also only one elevator worked!. The building has 27 floors and it was fully booked. It took up to 15 minutes to wait for the lift. The hotel offers the worst breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. It’s literally: eggs, ham, baked beans, bread, cereals and 1 type of fruits. That’s it. How possible for 4 stars hotel?

歩くのが好きなら大変便利！

20階の部屋でした。部屋に入った時に眺めがよくて、明るくていい気分になりました。バスルームもコンパクトでタイルがかわいい。駅からは少し遠かったけど(徒歩10分程度)旺角からは大きい通りを通るので夜11時過ぎの1人歩きでも不安はありませんでした。Olympic駅からも乗れるので散策には大変便利。マックが目の前にあります

椅子の、掃除がしにくいぎゅっとなっているところで虫が死んでたりゴミのカスがたまっていた。他はとても綺麗な部屋だったので残念。改装中でエレベーターが1つしか動いてなかったのか、朝なかなか来なかった。

It was a reasonably Good Stay. I would Highly recommend.

Regular Free Bus Shuttles from the Hotel to key Metro Lines. Easy access to 7-11s and McCafe for Breakfast.

Good for a few days

I liked their focus on sustainability. Relatively close to the Olympic MTR station. Conveniently located for small grocery needs. The self service laundry room is great.

Comfy stay

location convenient to travelers as it is near to MTR Olympic and Olympian City, surrounded by local food stalls as well which brings lots of food choices, bus and mini bus are also accessible, walking distance to Mong Kok approximately 15mins, staffs are kind and very helpful

for those who prefers large room may opt for other choices, soundproof was slightly lower that expected, air-conditioning too cold during my stay in end of February and i only can turn off to let the room warm (but it would be good during summer season)

都還可以接受.

廁所有點太小.會撞到頭..整理房間太久。每天都有在門口掛上請打掃的牌子了.上午9點多出門下午3點多回來房間還沒整理。東西都沒補齊。晚上回來房間廁所裡的毛巾沒補.髒的毛巾都沒收。牙刷那些也沒補。希望能再加強

Short pleasant stay - will return again in future

Very clean, everything works from hot water to air conditioning, room service prompt with our request for extra pillows, shuttle service was a big help, reception staff and concierge were friendly, location is easy walk from Olympic Station, shuttle service to Mongkok

The room was just a bit small but that would be normal for Hong Kong, the shuttle service hours could start earlier

A Nice Place but Away from the City

The staff was extremely kind and the free shuttle was a nice touch. A block away there was a great craft coffee shop that pulled a great espresso and a beautiful pour over v60. Rooms were small but fine for 2 people.

The elevators took forever, sometimes we'd wait 10 minutes for one to get us. The shuttle fills up fast, so make sure you arrive downstairs 15 minutes before it's scheduled to leave. Location is in an apartment area, so good restaurants are minimal...especially for a vegetarian.

Best shower! Airport Instructions Use Bus A21

Good location. Easy access to Olympic MRT station. Lots of restaurants/cheap eats in the area. The rooms are small, and no view. On the plus side, it has the BEST shower pressure ever. A word of caution--do not follow their hotel's advice to take bus E21 from the airport (they are also incorrect on the stop #). Take Bus A21 to China Mei King College/ Cherry Street--more direct/ faster. I tried to discuss this with mgmt and they ignored my suggestion (after I made this mistake from their advice. I challenge them to actually take bus A21 vs E21. Look at Google maps, it will also say bus A21.

Advice re Bus A21 vs E21. Save yourself 25 min of walking with luggage, and take BUS A21.

Good for our trip requirements, excellent staff. Pity about the room size.

Location was excellent. We would definitely stay again if there bigger rooms.

Room size left a lot to be desired. With 2 people, it was very uncomfortable.

Good value hotel in Kowloon

Very comfortable bed, great shower, clean, interesting city view, easy to reach by MTR.

No breakfast available, and staff couldn't suggest any particular nearby restaurants which were easy for English speakers to use. Rooms not very soundproofed.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and very helpful. After two days of our stay we requested for a room upgrade to a family room and they were able to get us another room. Family rooms are very spacious with big bathrooms plus the rooms are very clean.

I would not say that I didn't like size the standard rooms since the size of the rooms are indicated when making a booking; however for sharing the rooms become a bit small. There is no much space to keep your luggage and the bathrooms for standard rooms are quite small.

Loved our stay here, convenient location close to the Olympic MTR and shuttle buses running every hour to drop you off to touristy locations! My partner and I loved our stay here and would come back

Very good

The room is convenient with all necessary facilities(including adapter for your charging cable) There are adequate fitness and good laundry on the same floor. The location is good, it a little bit far from MTR but very convenient for bus. Hotel also have a scheduled shuttle bus to nearby location.

Just an overnigyt stay but all was good. Easy to find, clean, comfortable. Exceptional chap on concierge!

My stay in the hotel is generally pleasant. Would be perfect if the bathroom bigger and prise lower.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly, the location is convenient with many sundry stores and eating places around and quite close to mtr stations and mong kong.

The bathroom is small. There is no turning space when taking a bath or doing your important daily business.

Pleasant

The view from the room was nice. The next subway station is just a few minutes away. There is a supermarket across the street.

Room is very small for that price. Doesn't feel like 4 Star Hotel. Air condition is very loud in case you want to use it also during the night. Fitness room is small and ceiling is very low. Booking.com does not show the total price. There will be an additional fee. Be aware of that in the details.
