The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nicolas wax excellent.

Being asked to do a checklist of all the equipment in the appartement seemed pointless and time consuming. In icy conditions there isn’t an easy path to the bus stop. Having a TV is not much use without channels in English for guests from the UK - Netflix would have been very helpful for kids.

Great location and had everything you need. Very well kitted out for a rental apartment. Pool area was very nice. I would use again despite negative comments. My expectations would have been managed better knowing that info in advance.

Photos slightly on the kind side, property not quite as smart as it looks in them - Though comfortable enough. You have to do inventory on arrival and There are lots of costs shown if you lose or real things, don’t clean things - it felt a bit much and probably more about the feeling rather than reality. You have to pay 15 euros extra per person for slippers and robes for pool, more again for pool towel. It would be good to show this on Booking.com. Beds had to be stripped before leaving, bins emptied and kitchen fully cleaned.
