Entspannt in Bydgoszcz ums Eck beim großen Park

Das Hotel befindet sich an ener historischen Schleuse, gleich ums Eck beim Park, der zu wunderbaren langen Wanderungen einlädt. Vom Bahnhof aus leicht erreichbar, liegt auch die Innenstadt wenige Gehminuten entfernt, jedoch besticht das Hotel durch seine ruhige Lage. Auch Frühstück oder Abendessen sind dort eine Option, sollte man sich nicht mehr zum Hauptplatz begeben wollen. Wir konnten das Gepäck wegen der zu frühen Anreise problemlos abgeben und waren über Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und Sauberkeit des Zimmers positiv überrascht, gerne wieder.

A great value for money stay, I would definitely stay again

A clean hotel, I didn’t interact much the staff but they seemed friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, free bottles of water is a nice touch. Breakfast was good too. The location is good, very close to the Auchan shopping centre and a 15-20 mins walk to the old town and Mill Island.

The only 2 things that I didn’t like was no hairdryer in the room but this won’t be a problem for many. The apparent lack of soundproofing in the hotel, you can hear everything, so bring earplugs.

Good location,excellent food but bring your earplugs if you want some sleep.

Location was perfect for transport and distance to a busy city center.Tram was just outside with 3/4 short stops away from lively city yet it was located next to a quiet beautiful park. The hotel is in older part of the city but it felt safe. 5 minutes walk is a large shopping center where everything you need is there. Will definitely stay there again. Restaurant was very nice, good prices, excellent food.

Acoustic in the hotel. I knew about this issue before my booking from reading other reviews however it was much worse than I expected. In the room next to mine two ladies were talking to each other very quietly almost whispering until midnight and I heard every word.They went to bed and then started to snore so I heard this too all night. I hardly slept. It felt as they are in bed with me.This issue must be addressed by the management of this hotel as this is not fair on paying customers. Simple sound proof barrier should be attached to the existing wall and the problem is solved. Basic bed mattresses, felt all springs but it was OK. Could be better.

Overal hotel is fine but just disappointed with the disappearance of the tv remote control.

did not have breakfast there location is good

disappointed that the remote tv control disappeared and we were not told when we check-in. When I asked for it, the staff simply told me that it was taken. Only upon request that I managed to change the room but the new room has defects and much smaller. I was really disappointed with all these hassles during checkin.

Overall had pleasant stay at the hotel

Breakfast was great. Every morning there was a different selectief of local specialities. All very tastefull. We had diner one time at the restaurant, it was also very nice. Free parking.

At my room(17) and the room next to it(18) there was no safe and fridge. Other rooms(34) have. You have to explicitly indicate for the room to be cleaned. No problem as long as you know. The cleaning doesn’t change the used towels. In case your a light sleeper. At my room at the front of the hotel there is some noise of the trams. They start driving really early.

lovely hotel would stay again

lovely big rooms and huge bath . very clean , comfy beds . staff helpful . lovely modern hotel .would stay again . price good.

lack of tea and coffee & toilet roll , and no maid service for our three night stay , had to ask at reception if we wanted anything refilling and ended up buying coffee in the shop for our room as only given 1 coffee sachet per day on request .

Decent but many areas for improvement.

The location was great. Super close to the city centre and very close to PKP main station. The hotel looks modern, and the rooms are relatively new. The receptionists have also been very helpful.

1. The card to my room wasn't working. I was able to open the door, but wasn't able to close the door, which meant I had to get a traditional key from reception and lock it that way each time. 2. There was mould in my bathroom on the ceiling. 3. The temperature in the room was low – despite turning the A/C on and trying to heat the room as much as possible, I would say it was still chilly at night – especially, when temperature outside drops to -6°C. 4. The cleanliness of the room was okish, but definitely could see dust on lamps next to the bed, and the bathroom was tolerably clean, but not as clean as in other hotels I stayed. 5. The two electric plugs on the desk were taken by the hotel's phone and WiFi router, which meant one couldn't charge any devices whilst sitting at the desk. The desk, in combination with the provided chair, had extra drawers, which meant one couldn't sit properly at the desk due to not enough space. 6. The shower doors wouldn't close fully, leaving a small gap of 2-3cm and letting the water spray onto the bathroom floor.

Nice and clean hotel, good value for money.

The walls between the rooms were extremely thin, you could hear everything sound as if it was in your room.

Air conditioner didn't work so we asked to change the room. Next day it was changed. We were allowed to work in the breakfast room and wi-fi was everywhere. Cool. Thanks

Hotel located in good place, have interesting interior, present free parking, free Wi-Fi, big flat screen in the room.

good interior, tasty breakfast.

A/C didn’t work in the room: in Poland, it is only a couple of weeks a year that it is hot, but we fell into such days. (as I understood, in other rooms it was ok)

A place to stay in Bydgoszcz

The Staff made sure we are comfortable. We advised that the room given too us was very hot and the airconditioning is not working well. They immediately provided us with another room. Breakfast was great. Not a lot of food selection but it was delicious. They also have iron and iron board available.

The first room we got is super hot and we were sweating, we waited for a few mins to give time for the airconditioning to cool. Good thing they are very fast in moving us in a new room.
