Awesome quirky place to stay. The staff were awesome right from checking in to a tour of the property. We had breakfast which was great value. Would have liked to have spent more time. Great areas to laze around.
We had large suitcases so getting luggage to the room was a challenge.

Really lovely lodge, rustic but very comfortable. Awesome bed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our late check in went
without a hitch. Fantastic location and lovely grounds.
Liked everything!

The idea of the ecolodge was definitely a great idea, way before it’s ‘time’. The host is very friendly and informative and has obviously done a lot of work and put a lot of thought into what he has created. There is a separate train carriage themed eating area/kitchen, which we didn’t use but looked well equipped. There are lots of fruit trees around as well as lots of interesting signs and displays.
It could do with being updated. The rooms were very dusty, so much so that at night we could just see dust all up the wooden walls whilst laying in bed. The weather wasn’t great so there were lots and lots of mosquitos, as well as leaves etc all around the place. Could do with a bit better cleaning all round, and I didn’t like that the teabags and coffee weren’t sealed and were just loose, to be used… who knows what hands had been on them.

quite and close to where we had to go

The location was wonderful, in the heart of the Glasshouse Mountains.
The rooms were a little rundown and old fashioned, for example overhead strip lighting.
The windows were really unclean which is a shame when the view is so amazing.

great location, nice set up, friendly, nice gardens
hard to find in the dark, back road, bad fluorescent lights

Sally checked in me in and provided a tour of the facilities upon arrival. Her customer service was over and above and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect as we were attending wedding at Beerwah. Also only a short drive to Montville and Maleny. The breakfast and coffee was a nice touch. The property and surrounding gardens were beautiful and it was lovely to just take a wonder around. Every where you looked there was something to discover, coffee plants the sculptures. I highly recommend. The train carriage was out favourite place to have a late night cheese platter and glass of wine.

This place is a unique gem. Set in a beautiful mountain landscape, our stay in the old church was a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff too.

Great place to stay so we booked an additional night. Keith made us feel welcomed and was always around to offer suggestions for things to do or to tell us about the many interesting things about the lodge, his life’s work. Rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast on the railway decking was excellent and provided a good social gathering to start the day. So many good memories of our stay in this lovely rural setting. Highly recommended.

We liked the unit we upgraded to as we felt what we had booked was not suitable for us as an elderly couple.
We were really comfortable and happy with our fully equipped unit and will certainly use it again.
Nothing we didn't like with our unit. As ex caravanners I am not used to booking and did not realise there was no facilities in the room we booked originally.

Good breakfast-fresh fruit delicious snd good coffee
Pillows were not overly comfortable for me (personal thing) and room needed further airing
Difficult pulling luggage over wet grass and then up stairs as no lifts of easier access to rooms.
