The room is big enough, if you want to be in cuzco but not in the super busy locatiom this is good. 15 minutes walking to plaza de arma if you are in other places is easy but with the altitude it will take longer and more struggle. The breakfasr on 1st say was blah, in the basement.the 2nd stay it was better amd on the ground floor
Everytime we took shower the bathroom will be like in sauna got so foggy...so better to leave the door open.

Location
Very dark and small room and hallway seems like you’re in cave walking and no ventilation what so ever - it was extremely smelly specially around 4am to 10am when they were cooking in the kitchen - I do not think they any sort of ventilation - night staff Jim was good and Daisy - Willson was also excellent server (that was his name - morning server) he put extra effort to take care of us - only good thing about this property is it’s location and few staff other than that I would not recommend this property unless you like stinky and greasy smelly place - only if I knew before I would not book this place - picture does not tell the actual story!!!!

We were greeted with tea by the hotel staff. We were quickly shown to our rooms and our luggage was placed there for us. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel had a simple breakfast available for us when we left it at 4 AM to go hiking and they had a full breakfast buffet for regular breakfast hours. The staff is definitely the best part. Everybody is extremely polite and welcoming. They accommodated our requests, like holding our luggage for five days while we were out hiking and then again in the last day after checkout but before our flight. I would recommend 10/10! I look forward to coming back and staying here.
The only think I didn’t like is that it was hard to get in and out the car in front of the hotel because it’s a busy street.

The Internet signal should improve and lack of coffee machine in the room …..

The staff at the front desk were fabulous! They reserved a hotel and gave me a new key card, but one (Brian) even went out of his way to contact a friend to find out about the availability of a tourist site on a holiday for me! He was also very friendly while I was waiting for my tour guide, discussing Inca history and the food of Cusco. Friendly, kind, and helpful front desk staff made this an extra special stay. Also, my room was very clean and comfortable every day--good work by the housekeeping staff too!
The bathroom door closes on its own, which is annoying. The room was warm, and when I opened the window to cool it off, the courtyard was loud.

the staff was highly attentive and supportive. we loved the patio, the location is great (7 minutes walk to the main sqaure), breakfast was very good and the room too.
we asked for a room with windows to the street. if you are sensitive to noises I would recommend on an inner room window as there is noise from the traffic when the window is open.

Excellent room, very clean and warm. Excellent laundry and restaurant services. All staff very kind and helpful. Location well known by all taxi drivers and an easy walk from the main Plaza.

The staff was great and the food at the restaurant was also good. The wifi was very reliable and we could even have an interview over videocall.
The ventilation in the room could be a bit better.

Nice location, everything is nearby. Clean, cozy room. Friendly staff. Food is satisfactory if you are too lazy to go out after a long day tour.
Water and tissue box are not available in the room, which I think should be basic items to provide.
Room was too warm, even for me who feels cold all the time.

The room was clean and comfortable. The jet tub was a great way to end a day of hiking. The staff was helpful and accomadaing. The breakfast was fantastic. And the hotel is located near the cathedral, which is a meeting point for tours.

The service and the entire facility are superb! My room was large and spacious. The bathroom with double sink, jacuzzi tub and bidet toilet was excellent as was the work area. Plenty of closet space. Food was delicious and wide variety for all meals! Perfect location!

- The hotel is ideally located near IncaRail’s office, which makes it very convenient for an early departure to Machu Picchu. It is also nearby all main tourist attractions.
- Staff is friendly and accommodating.
- The room was very clean.
- The breakfast was good; their fresh juices were excellent.
Nothing that I didn’t like, but having sleepers and a kettle in the room would have been a good addition.
