This was a real treasure of a find. Close to everything but very quiet. Host both kindly offered to pick us up from station and drop us on day of leaving which made everything so easy. We'll equipped kitchen. Spacious dining room. Perfect for 4 persons over 2 nights. Would stay again.

Praticamente tutto, a partire dalla posizione centralissima, dagli ambienti spaziosi e puliti, dal comodo parcheggio interno, fino ad arrivare alle dotazioni della cucina, compresa una lavastoviglie.

Faccio davvero fatica a trovare motivi di lamentela.

The apartment is very central. On the one had perfect, as you are 2 minutes from the Duomo. However if you want to visit a parmesan factory or an acetaia you need to head to the outskirts of Modena (by car or public transport). The apartment has a garage in the interior courtyard which can be very practical if you are travelling by car. One just needs to keep in mind that the apartment is very central, meaning to reach the apartment by car can be pretty complicated. The apartment is spacious and you have everything you need. The building also has an elevator which makes it easier also for older people to reach the apt on 2nd floor.

What I really did not like about the apartment were the thin walls between the bedrooms and the squeaky doors.

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable. Eduardo was the most wonderful host. Went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy and picked us up from the train station and dropped us off when he was leaving. Could not have asked for a more obliging host. Thank you

We stayed one night and it was fantastic! Edoardo was helpful and gave us a warm welcome! The apartment was home away from home. Very comfortable and highly recommended.

Great apartment, super location, good size for a family of four. Fantastic host, even drove us to the railway station when we left. 5 star service

No washing machine but you cannot win them all. Laundry not too far away so not a real issue

it was really well situated - only a very short walk from the Duomo. The great covered market was just round the corner covering all eating needs and a number of food local restaurants were also available The owner went out of his way to pick us up and accommodate our arrival time and ensure that we were happy with our stay.

nice and clean in the heart of Modena. good parking space if you travel by car as we did. Edoardo was incredibly nice and extremely helpful. we booked it just the day before. I will definitely stay here again If we come back to this beautiful city.

The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, warm. The bathroom is really big and nice. All necessary equipment to cook something quick. The apartment is centrally located, parking is available. We really enjoyed our stay in Modena

Fantastic setting in central Centro Storico. Our host, Eduardo, was most forthcoming and charming.

This flat is huge and lovely. We didn't have much time there, but hope to make it back. Everyone and everything was great!

No issues. Sadly the road out front is torn up so we couldn't use the parking, but it is definitely secure and convenient.

Spacious Appartment in the heart of Modena. Sympathetic, friendly owner who spoke very good English. The appartment was very nice equipped & we just felt welcomed! Modern Daikin Air Conditioning System and a renovated bathroom. The garage in the house was very comfortable to have. Great restaurants, the city center and the market hall a few steps away. Definitley a recommendation!
