Good stay, not great tho. Ok for the price.

Great pool. Good sized room.

Terrible road works on the street making it difficult to navigate to and from the accomm. Bathrooms were mouldy (in grout). No extra touches - very basic accommodation.

The pool was great for the kids, location was fair.

The property was dated, I would say a four (4) star is a stretch, 3 star is appropriate. the fans weren’t working, the lamps were there however not plugged in as the power points are out of reach. No iron or board. the pillows were uncomfortable. No spare blankets or pillows. I called on the first day for extras as I booked for 5 people and only three beds and no extra bedding. Reception advised they would be over and didn’t come through until the last day lunch time.

Good location, Facilities NOT 4 star!

The location

1. Waiting at the gate for staff to collect us and be let in off the highway 2. The dryer didn't work and still had lint in there 3. No cable tv as advertised 4. Wifi cut in and out super annoying 5. Using a actual key to open the garage doors 6. Air con in the lounge worked intermittently 7. Sent them a message about all these things and no one has replied to me

Good value if you get a deal.

Great location as we had friends also staying in the area. Short walk to the beach

We had 2 chilly nights and there was only two light throw blankets for the beds. This meant for a cold nights sleep the first night the second night we had to warm the apartment with the air-conditioning.

We had a good sleep every night. Peaceful environment to return to after long busy days at a conference

Very spacious, clean and closer to beach and shopping centres, restaurants and theme parks. Laundry, pool facility was really good and very comfortable bed.

The Wi-Fi was not working at all and the kitchen rangehood was faulty. Reported to the management but no response.

Great location and pool but apartment was filthy and in need of complete update of furniture.

The pool and access to shops.

The apartment was very dirty. windows not clean, skirting boards dirty with food bits on doors and walls. Under the lounge cushions was old food including bacon pieces and cabanossi bits. The furniture was minimal and the lounge was very old and extremely uncomfortable. Minimal crockery and utensils and we had to buy extra to be able to cook. The owners of the aparttment need to update the furniture as it was terrible. Sorry for the bad review but it was awful. I cleaned everything so hopefully the next person will appreciate. No lifts was a huge issue as I had my 85 year old mother with us which was a huge challenge getting up and down the stairs.

Loved the space and location and a benefit of spa, pool and locked up garage if you happen to have a car. Property was clean and staff was helpful. Had a issue with one of the TV's which staff attended too within 5 to 10minutes but sadly couldn't do anything.

Wished the pool was slightly warmed up and missing 1 or 2 things like a drying rack for the dishes and 1 of the air conditioner remotes which we just used from the room instead and a little disappointed that the tv in the bedroom stopped working or broke after 2 to 3 days out of our 7day stay.

quick and efficient staff response to booking. this accommodation met our quick needs for an spontaneous trip for the w

affordability, spaciousness and efficient customer service

minimal ammenities provided and toilet seat still had urine on it. guests were instructed to clean and wipe down benches,’wash anything used, empty bin and place in certain location, strip sheets off bed and place towels in laundry tub. if this was not completed a fee would be taken from the credit card booked with.
