This building is a beauty and features 12 bedrooms and 8 full baths and 2 half baths that can accommodate your large group/family (8 of the bedrooms have attached full baths!). Lots of upgrades include hardwood flooring, tiled bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and high end finishes. The property comes with a private elevator for the 2nd floor. Bedrooms come with a flat screen TV, Remote control Ceiling fans. This is a lovely property! It was super clean and well-equipped. Just two blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Comfortable living for large groups. Property manager was very kind and responsive. Many thanks for a great stay!

For the past 20 yrs my family has been spending an early December weekend to celebrate Christmas. They love Ocean City and as the families grew so did our need for larger accommodations that could house and provide eat in area that was sufficient. This rental exceeded our needs.
Additionally, the owner/ realtor provided excellent instructions and we were able to enjoy ourselves without needing to reach out to the owner for assistance.
The house was cleaned & prepared upon arrival. We greatly appreciated that and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.

We had a great weekend at this property. The house accommodated everyone. It was super clean and the property looked just like the pictures. Maryellen was a pleasure to work with and she responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone if you want to visit the ocean city area.

Gorgeous Home!!
We absolutely loved this property! Maryellen was so accommodating. She answered all my questions quickly. The house is gorgeous and was perfect for everyone. Trying to accommodate for 20 people is tough but Not one person had a complaint. Thank you for an awesome Weekend!!

She is responsive, helpful and made the whole stay from booking to departure fabulous. The house was so wonderful we barely wanted to go to the beach, but when we did, it was so close and there were tons of beach chairs, wheelbarrows to carry beach goods, etc. We look forward to returning to this fabulous rental.

Delightful
We brought a large and varied group of people together for a weekend at the Wesley Avenue house, and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units and made good use of the grills and patios, large living rooms, and kitchens. I should also mention that the space was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Having enough room for 23 adults to comfortably share meals and spend time together as a full group was amazing.
We did find ourselves doing a bit of scrambling when it was raining and there is no way to get from one side to the other without going outside, but it was a tiny inconvenience at most. Host Maryellen was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. We particularly appreciated her help securing linens for the house and taking care of all our details. Great location, great house, great host. Definitely recommend.

Property was nice, landlord lives right behind property
The property was nice but the landlord lives right behind the property. Landlord shows up and enters the property to take pictures at random. Landlord is like a hover Mom constantly calling and inspecting the property. I was out at breakfast one day and the landlord walked into the property and started taking pictures while the kids were asleep, she woke the kids up. Very creepy.

Perfect Vacation House in Ocean City, NJ
Our Group of 12 Business Professionals and friends were looking for the best house possible to accommodate us. Not easy to find an upscale 12 bedroom house located near many of the Atlantic City golf courses, casinos and restaurants...But we found it with 1012/ 1014 Wesley. Loved Ocean City, NJ
The owner Mary Beth was absolutely great to work with, professional , responsive and accommodating . Everyone of us enjoyed the house which is nicely appointed and very comfortable. Highly recommend ......

Beautiful home! Perfect location!
Stayed in both units of this home with extended family, ages 8 to 78, to ring in 2018. Everything is new! Very tastefully decorated! Spacious, great set-up! Close to beach, boardwalk and shopping on Asbury. Everything we needed to make family memories that last a lifetime! Owner is easy to work with, very responsive, smooth transaction.

We loved staying at Wesley! The decor was exactly as pictured, everything was so clean! The beds are all brand new and super comfortable. There was everything you could possibly need stocked in the kitchen. The location was perfect right between Asbury and the beach we walked everywhere. Everyone in my family was raving about the accommodations! MaryEllen and John were so easy to work with. We had an amazing stay, will definitely book again for next year! No complaints whatsoever! The house is perfect!

We loved evening on the porches talking, morning strolls to the boardwalk and coffee shop, and dinner conversations that seemed to never end. Thanks to the wonderful owner for being so willing to work with our dates. This home was definitely an A-plus.
