Tranquilo, buena zona.

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno.

Todo un poco antiguo, lavamos la ropa y se quedó con un olor horrible y a los baños no se puede entrar con tatuajes.

Fabulous,

Loved this hotel. Short walk/free shuttle bus from station. All the staff were so lovely and caring. Buffet meals included and were excellent -large spacious dining room and plenty of choice inc some western (pasta/pizza). Fresh sushi. Amazing. Beautiful on edge of lake. Our room had private bath and Mount Fuji view and was perfect.

酒店的位置距车站不远，酒店还安排车我们送去车站。酒店的入住接待有员工专职负责，每天都有下午茶提供，还有热汤可以泡。酒店就在河口湖边上，门前的樱花树把我们惊艳到了，我们入住的房间可以270度看湖景，简直太棒了。早餐非常丰盛，五星级酒店的餐食，很完美的入住体验。

The highlight of our trip to Japan! The hotel is perfectly situated for a view of Mount Fuji!

Our corner bedroom with a lake and mountain view was exceptional! Modern, clean and traditional. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was my 60th birthday and they provided a red coat - a Japanese tradition. Close to the train station to either walk, or take their shuttle and perfectly situated to walk around the lake. Enjoyed the use of a private Onsen. Maria and Mara were particularly helpful

Just that they couldn’t provide an evening meal because my daughter and I were vegetarian but they did recommend an alternative.

值得入住，如果再改进一些就更好了

餐食很好，餐厅位于顶楼，一侧是富士山，一侧是河口湖，风景优美，虽说是自助餐，有不少很可口的菜肴，食材新鲜。距离河口湖站步行10多分钟，很方便。

大浴池的饮水机放在门外，不象很多地方在更衣室内，有些不方便，原来习惯喝些冰水再吹风，现在是最后喝水。希望能提供一些娱乐设施，投币游戏机，自动贩卖机的饮料能更多样一些，比如泡完温泉来杯冰牛奶

Breathtaking views from the restaurant.

The location allowed us to make the most of the two days we had in the lakes area. The staff were very helpful with luggage transfers. The buffet breakfast was lovely. Very high quality food and the views from the dining area were breathtaking.

Some things were old and tired and needed refurbishing. The towels were threadbare. The bathroom needs a makeover and the room while spacious is looking tired. We were on the lowest floor so did not achieve the lake views we would have liked but the autumn leaves were lovely to look out on. The refrigerator did not work. The staff advised they turn off the fridge when the room is not in use but we could not get it to work our full stay.

Just the right amount of comfort and location for a trip to Mt. Fuji

The room was large and comfortable with a great view. The staff was amazing and the buffet dinner was excellent. Loved the outdoor bath.

It is an older facility, but it was just right.

Nice, relaxing stay at the Fujikawaguchiko.

Conveniently located with scenic and beautiful view of the lake. Cafes & shops are all within a short walk from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, outstanding private onsen room.

Great hotel. Beautiful room with private onsen and glorious view of the lake. We booked this hotel for a view of mount Fuji (to watch hikers travel up in the night after our own hike) but our room did not have view of the mountain.. Website misleading in that respect. Staff very helpful and tried their best to help with dietary requirements at breakfast.

Food was not labelled for dietary requirements/allergies. No view of Fuji from room.

The location is great, right in front of a beautiful lake. The hotel is pretty and at least our room (with private hot spring) was very beautiful, clean and had a great view.

The hotel calls itself a "people-friendly hotel". However, you'll be discriminated if you have tattoos (even small ones). You won't be able to use the pool or the public hot springs despide having to pay the same price as everyone else. Most hotels in Japan already got rid of such outdated rules. It's modern times and it's just not okay to judge people based on their appearance. Specially if so many guest are foreigners.

Lovely stay in front of the lake.

Excellent dinner and breakfast buffet with the wonderful view of Fuji mountain and the lake. Comfortable bed and fantastic traditional onsen.

Bathroom is rather small for a 4-people room. Overall, it was a good stay.

There was a great and astonishing view of Mt.Fuji with lots of delicious food for breakfast and dinner.

Superb

Service was excellent. Right from the start when we arrived, there were staff to assist us with our bags and check in, there was an assigned parking lot, and we were ushered to rest at the lounge while the check in was in progress. By the time we got to our room, our bags were already there waiting for us. We had booked a room with the lake view and it was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and we were even provided with a humidifier in the room just in case. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, food is great but gets repetitive if you stay for a couple of days.

While the food was great, we found that the menu repeated daily. Would have appreciated more variety since we stayed for a few days!

The hotel staff and facilities are great. We love our stay there. The japanese style room, private bath, and the panoramic view from the room are amazing, i cannot get away from looking outside the window:) The dinner and breakfast are really great! They provide the best wagyu steak there. I wish to go back there again.
