Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bzgl. Ausstattung und Lage auf jeden Fall. Der Strand wird täglich von angespülten Algen gesäubert und macht - wie auch der Pool - einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Den benachbarten 4- oder 5-Sterne-Hotels steht das Hotel in Sachen Strand in nichts nach! Das Angebot der Speisen ist abwechselungsreich und beinhaltet viele lokale Gerichte. Wer Fastfood sucht, ist hier definitiv nicht an der falschen Adresse. Das Personal war im Wesentlichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Zwei Kritikpunkte gibt es dennoch: die Liegen am Pool/Strand sind recht abgenutzt und teils nicht sehr bequem. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotelrestaurants mit dem All-inclusive-Büffet neigten dazu, die Teller sehr schnell vom Tisch abzuräumen. Das ging teilweise so weit, dass der letzte Bissen noch nicht einmal zu Ende gekaut und hinuntergeschluckt werden konnte und schon wurde der Teller abgeräumt. Wir fühlten uns in solchen Momenten etwas gehetzt. Andererseits wurden wir an manchen Tagen beim Betreten des Restaurants bzw. beim Suchen eines Tisches gar nicht wahrgenommen. Das hatte zur Folge, dass wir nach Vorspeise und Hauptgang bereits beim Dessert angekommen waren, als das erste Mal die Getränkebestellung aufgenommen wurde. Das sollte auch in einem 3-Sterne-Hotel besser laufen!

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming! The beach is beautiful and makes for a perfect spot to watch the sun rise. I had a great massage and there are plenty of free water activities. Overall it's a great space that I will definitely come back to!

weather was great. sea was warm hotel was very green place. ı love green more than blue so ı was love with the green places.
there was no market place no atm in hotel if u r not eating fish or any other things in the dinner u will sleep hungry. ı think if you are a hotel away from anything you have to make a market place for everyone. maybe ı dont eat that things or maybe ı have a child.. rooms are getting dirty very easy ı saw couple of bugs. and every dinner time muscitos everywhere u can not eat anything they will get in it . sadly.. that was not my best but it was ok. and so many things are extra . u need cash and u have to pay more . the place was very far away from every touristic places. like a 2 hours by taxi? they was have some sort of tours bur very expensive for me as a turkish people. thats all.

Had one of the best massages I've ever had thanks to the ladies at the seven colors spa. We've been going to this hotel for a very long time, and we're glad they've kept the superb standards for well over a decade. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming and was very helpful. The bartenders are great at what they do. The food was good overall. Will definitely be going back to this hotel again and again.
Unfortunately, due to a function, Horizon restaurant was closed for hotel guests on Easter Sunday and was closed during the day on Monday as we were told they were out of food due to said function. We did have lunch at Horizon on a different day, and it was great, thank you.

Super kind and helpful staff, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable room with a nice view to the lovely garden, accommodation close to the beach and pool, delicious cocktails, enjoyable massages, rich offer of hotel activities.
Windy beach, far away from the top tourist attractions. We would also enjoy more variety in food.

Everything was amazing. Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food, beautiful location.
There was a bit of mould in shower but that was not too much trouble as everything else was spotlessly clean.

Staff were very welcoming. Lovely view of sea from the room. Room was basic, clean functional. Great air con. Great WiFi. Food was good and staff in general very friendly especially since it rained 4 out of our 5 day stay.Our room maid Asha made lovely art work with our towels.😁
Frequent requests to fill out forms and performance reviews. No need for them. Food limited if you do not like fish. Flies everywhere. Would suggest to have dining indoor behind glass as they are very annoying and off putting. One bar man looked very unhappy in his job.

The resort satisfied my expectations, everything was smooth and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room wide and comfortable. Good wifi. The structure is located on one of the best stretch of beach in Mauritius, for what is my experience; try also to walk a bit norhtside for lovely spots (yet check the wind situation during your days if you don't like winds).
The structure did not answer my emails sent through Booking. I had to ask Booking to send me a direct email; after that they answered.

the reception r so helpful and friendly beautiful hotel great beach although I didn’t swim because it was cold the only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t allow extending check out time because my check in was very late at night my first day so I missed a whole day of my stay and the very very loud music in the night till 11 o’clock
