Managers were exceptional in their assistance. Pictures showed exactly what you were getting, so look closely!

Old. No BBQ facilities, no dining facilities as it had been damaged in floods. Whole place was run down and needed some TLC.

Great location. We travel to beerwah often for family and this is in a great location for us. Just a short drive to family and shopping centre. Yes it's a little old but the beds were fresh and the encounter I had with the owner was great. This Will be our new regular spot to stay. We've already booked again for august.

You app wouldn't let me boom 2 adukt to one room which had 3 beds. Granddaughter was classified adult but shared room. Had to book two rooms when only one required

What a wonderful little motel right in the heart of the glasshouse mountains! The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to wake up hearing the birds singing.

No breakfast provided. We had stayed there 30-odd years ago and the room was much the same. The bathroom was barely adequate and had mould in the grout. The tiles on the floor appear to be the same as they were 30 years ago. The surroundings were untidy and unattractive. The veranda was dirty and decrepit.

The bed was comfortable but everything else was dismal. Please repaint, furnish and clean the joint!

Ah not much. If I'd wanted to do a wildlife adventure where I could be amongst the creatures and no privacy or comfort this would have been perfect but camping would have been cheaper and more enjoyable.

Housekeeping: Crumbs on the lounge seat and under the single bed, large cockroaches in the microwave and running in under the doors, red substance (?!blood) on the queen bed cover and the bathroom walls. Maintenance/groundskeeping: No blind/curtain/frosting on the bathroom window for privacy from the verandah, dirty aircon filters, broken window lock that was barred with a short length of something so it couldn't be opened easily from the outside, weeds everywhere outside, sharp and broken tiles on the pool edging and in the pool, the pool needs relining as there are signs the lining is breaking apart. All in all as a special treat away for my daughter it was disappointing and dismal to say the least.

The room was dirty very poor standard and not what we booked !Even on the invoice it said a tripple room with balcony. The kitchen and bathroom were falling apart.No kettle.Filthy windows with dirty curtains and blinds that were broken. It was a disgrace and classed as 4 stars!Definitely need to be checked and restared as 2 star.

It was the location as we were there for a wedding which was very close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful.can highly recommend the Chinese restaurant across the road as well.
