An unpleasant experience with the rude staff

The place itself was good and the surrounding area is very nice.

We were warned that we would be late, but we arrived 20 minutes later due to the long road. They didn't wait for us. After the call and message, the man came, shaking his head disapprovingly. He accepted the apology for being late with the same expression on his face. To the question about payment by card, he arrogantly threw "you could at least read the contract you are signing, we only accept cash." Here in Booking it is only mentioned "payment is handled by the property". How was I supposed to understand from that that it is "only cash" is still a mystery to me. After three days on the road for 10-12 hours, this is a very unpleasant icing on the cake of fatigue.

Exceptional

10/10 Not much to add here really. Great location near Unibet Arena; easy and precise communication with a host; spacious and quiet apartment. Really couldn't ask for anything else and will totally book again when i'm in the area

A bit chilly for my taste but it will certainly depend on a person.

Overall great place to stay for concerts in OPTIBET arena.

Very close to Optibet arena, just some 10 minutes walk.

the person who handed over the keys only spoke Estonian or Russian. I do not mind waiting for 10 minutes until someone hands over the keys as long as it is not outside in the dark and cold :)

Awful stay in a dirty room

The woman on the phone was very helpful and accommodating.

1. The apartment was filthy. For example, there were stains next to the bed, the kitchen windowsill was dirty, mold in the refrigerator, some old and moldy bread under the sink in the cabinet, and the toilet was disgusting. 2. It was said that Wi-Fi was available, but no connection could be made. 3. On the second day, the app showed that the reservation had been canceled. Afterwards, I received an email saying that the owner did not put in the app that I had checked in. This resulted in having to call several times to confirm that I was still able to stay there. 4. The owner was not willing to discuss my concerns about cleanliness nor other things just because I did not speak Russian. 5. I talked to the woman on the phone about the possibility of letting another person in during the day while I was away. She was very accommodating. We agreed that I would leave the key on the windowsill outside the room and the owner would pick it up. When that person arrived, he saw the key on the same windowsill. My personal belongings were in the room; someone could have taken the key and gotten into the room. Fortunately, all my things were there, but there was no sense of security. In the end, it took more effort every day during my two nights stay than it was worth. The amount we paid definitely was not worth it - too expensive for what it offers.

Not a pleasant stay

It was nice that we could do the check- in earlier than 16.

We came to the place with a puppy, and I sent a message about that to the place, which they never answered. The place smelled of mold and was not thoroughly cleaned. Our little pup found rasins from the ground and got poisoned because of it. Also the walls are like paper and we could hear everything the people in the other apartment were doing and saying. It’s a cheap place and really don’ t expect much. The kitchen was missing some utilities like a spade for the pan, forks etc.

Thel living room was really big, and the fridge was also very big. Nice párt of the town

This apartment was equipped for three people, the kitchenware showed It as well..It Is very confortabile for two,, good for three and tiight for four. Consider this in advance. The bathroom has no ventullation, and the toilet is not working properly, so It smells in the kitchen as well. The bed is soft, there are no shutters in the living room. No place tó put out the wet dishes, and no place tó dry the towels... With small investment these small probléms could be solved, more attention then money needed With áll these minor problema It Is a goog place tó spend the nights, if you want tó explore Tallinni. It was a good choice, the center is enough close from here.

Very good

Very last minute booking and it worked out well.

Curtains may want to be washed and another window to open would be nice. Property may need a bit of clean up, but the apartment was nice.

Lost potential

The house was in a calm, idyllic area. Other visitors were silent too while we stayed. Good public transport. Shops nearby. Bed sheets and towels were clean and felt soft. Alot of potential.

A man came to let us in, didn't speak english so I didn't understand anything about the instructions. Basically came, let us in, left. Most importantly, the apartment was really dirty. The kitchen was all around dirty, the fridge was full of dirt and smudges and we didn't feel like putting anything there, even we had to since we came in with groceries. There was no cleaning equipment other than fairy and old, dirty sponge that we didn't want to touch. Basically every surface of the house was and felt dirty. The kitchenware were dirty, had to wash everything with hands before using them. Do not look under the bed, you will regret.. The toilet, sink and shower were also dirty. We had a room with a garden view, which meant someone's junkyard. Many things were broken, like the main door to the house, door knobs detached, toilet seats and so on. The bed is old so it gave in too much, and pillows very uncomfortable. The house would have alot of potential, but it is not well taken care of. It would be charming if it would be at least cleaned and repaired properly.

The worst experience I've had with accomodation

WC room without ventilation, constant bad smell in the kitchen as WC doors are in the kitchen. Ants are running on the table and dishes. Locks of the doors are broken, poor equipment and furniture.

Pleasant

The location is pretty good. Not far from the sea coast. There are great shops nearby. The place is located in a quiet and green area. It's around 15 min to rid to the center of Tallinn.

The apartments are well designed but look a bit old. Some repairments are required and more careful cleaning.

If you have another option then choose another option

Location. WiFi quality.

The bed linen was ancient so I was not able to figure out it s dirty or just old. In the description there should be toiletries and they were not there. Broken and old but still not vintage furniture. The water does not drain out of the shower so it was a horrible stink arond whole apartment. And there was a horrendously leaky tap in the kitchen. The knives were dull, completely. The were wires sticking out which is dangerous.

Quiet area, very clean place

Bedsheets had holes, toilet seat was completely broken and the waste pipe coming from it leaks on the floor. I would suggest to get something to be able to make a coffee

Pleasant

The room was cleaned, but there were some dust here and there. There was a dish sponge in the kitchen, but it was old and dirty. The door to the bathroom could not be closed.
