No complaints..

We found the Comfort Inn fulfilled all our needs and were impressed by the cleanliness

central to everything and very comfortable rooms

Room was clean

Breakfast very good - too much bacon though, however eaten next day! Water available in fridge even though cost $3.

The TV remote difficult - symbols worn off?

rooms are good value, and very clean

The pool area needed more seating and shaded areas

We had advised we would be there late, had call to check on our time. I was asked to use the phone when we arrived. Excellent service will go there again. thank you

Shower too small for big people. That was my only problem.

convenient with the hotel across the road, fast food & shopping centre, clean rooms well back from the road

the pool is in the shade (which would be good in most places but Toowoomba is a bit mild)

The lady at reception was very blunt.. rather rude ..no customer service was given.. we were told to take one tiny milk for two people.. not happy .. Room was ok .. Staines or marks on linen ..(was it pre used?).. no biscuits..two coffee sachets 5 sugar.. filthy unclean wine glasses ..around 6 tissue in opened pre used box half toilet roll ..not happy never again .. I have pictures.. asked for late check out as we checked in very late was Rudely told no ... I spent how much on room.. All night a broken what sounded like a empty Post mix machine going ... Overall horrid .. once a month we stay in hotels in and around area for couples time .. worst date night ever.
