Exceptional views and service for do it yourself vacationers.

The view from the Ocean View rooms is spectacular. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The lacation is convenient. The value for the cost is outstanding considering the cost of other hotels in the area. We love Monument Beach and the surrounding properties. the new SunRock Coffee Shop is very nice too.

I sent several requests ahead of time to reserve rooms that we wanted. the requests were not granted without some convincing a few days later. The newer fee structure differentiates between room types. now we know.

SunRock is our favorite place to stay in Cabo for the value and the view.

This was our 4th visit and we love the location and the balcony views of the ocean (buildings # 2 & 3). the cafe is nice too.

the stove/hot plate could be improved for cooking and a few more cooking pots/pans.

Excelent price in a very nice resorts area. Kind of basic but good enough for a short stay

Location, very convenient for our trip purposes and in general, as it is in a very nice hotel area of the city. Friendly staff, kind of old but functional installations, and excelent price for the zone. View from the room was very nice, the iconic San Lucas Arch.

Rooms are very far away from Front Desk, grouped in towers, so carrying luggage is difficult. There is supposed to be a transport service from front desk to the towers but it wasn't available at the moment

The location and staff/housekeeping were wonderful

It could do with some maintenance; the furniture was stained, and the cutains falling down. Housekeeping could do a better job of cleaning the hair in the bathroom/shower

- Very near to a beach with beautiful sunsets - Well equiped - The staff is very friendly and they helped me with everything

- It wasn't clean enough - The courtains were broken - It was too far from everything - The place and the place view is not like the photos

The view is amazing.

We were 5 people in the main room. The hot water faucet was to tight. We couldn't open it. We ask for help but they couldn't either. They next day someone came to help but it was our last day so we said "it's fine". (We stay for one day). The building doesn't have elevator and we stay at tne 4th floor. It was a work-out.

Great value and amenities!

Great bang for.your buck. Two bedrooms, a quiet, seldom-used pool, a well-equipped gym, and ocean views galore for a fraction of what you'd typically pay for these amenities.

Water pressure is very low, but that might be due to understandable water saving measures. The furniture could use a little updating, as could the tiling on the floors (a few were loose in my suite)

-The location is excellent! -Cleanliness, and the cleaning staff are exceptional! -Very roomy, ideal for a family of 4. -Easy parking. - It is close to great restaurants, beaches, and nightlife.

- Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly. - Air conditioner didn’t work. -It needed upgrades, especially in the bathrooms, things like hooks for your clothes, or towels, shelves in the shower to put your things on, and so forth.

The receptionist who was trying to help

Let's start with the fact that the rooms and most of the building are old. That means that everything is old as well, and poor. And smelly. And dusty-dirty. The appliances, ACs, linens, towels, and furniture. Everything. And there is absolutely no wi-fi. Well, if you check the wi-fi connection most probably it shows you the full reception because routers are not bad. But there is no internet. There is simply nothing to translate. It was extremely important for us to have the Internet because we both work remotely. And before I booked I was assured that everything is ok but surprise. It wasn't. The funniest thing is when on the second day of our attempts to find out what is going on it appears that right next to the gym they have a coworking space with high-speed internet. But it's needed to pay separately because it's (and this is the quote) "a separate business". Coincidence?)) Along with our "Internet" adventure, we had to beg to change the room in general. And we had to move twice. Because we had to ask twice. In our first room (93) there was absolutely terrible smell (like a rotten onion or smth). Plus there was no water in the showers, the stove was broken and the linen was dirty. It was late evening when they offered us to sleep over in the next apartment (94) but there were a whole bunch of the same issues (except the smell). We ended up in another building. There were a few problems as well but at least they were fixed. Except for the internet. The only positive remembering about our stay is the people. The administrators, the lady from the reception and the handymen - they all did their best trying to fix things. The problem unfortunately is bigger than they could solve. All the buildings need to be repaired. And all appliances need to be changed. At least I would recommend making a deep clean of all the apartments. And change curtains.

Very roomy, location and view were great. Close walk to Fresko grocery store and catch local buses. Helpful staff.

Limited kitchen supplies, only 3 pans and no cleaning sponge. Wifi was weak/spotty for most of the day.

Pleasant

I enjoyed the pools and beach! Julian was great with us as well. Decent location.

Our room flooded and the staff were slow responding and we had to pack up and change rooms on our last night. WIFI was awful!!

The WIFI was terrible! It almost never worked. The toilets were very weak as well. The toilets needed 2 to 3 flushes everytime

Exceptional

Location and view are fantastic Very roomy condo. Maid service everyday. Pictures below are of the view from our balcony. They are remolding the restaurant, so no food on-site...and have very limited kitchen utensils.Cook top needs updating.

Electric Cook top does not keep frying pan in place and falls on the floor when it gets hot.

Terrible. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at

The room was very old, it smelled, the kitchen was awful and not something I would ever use. We wanted to leave as soon as possible.

Our room on 4th floor with no elevator :-( Hairs left on pillows from previous guest? No drinking water in room. Most hotels offer at least 1 bottle pp. No coffee for coffee maker (and no purified water)

Brief

Room was clean and presentable. Unsure of the final cost of the room(s) because I did not receive a copy of the hotel/condo receipt. They should have a designated shuttle. The facility is slightly isolated and it's a long walk uphill to a Bodega.

I will stay here again.

Sunrock Condos was a great place to stay. It was minutes from Cabo San Lucas, Mendano Beach, and Santa Maria Bay - all places we enjoyed visiting. Our Condo was large, extremely clean, and the service was exceptional. We needed some help with a couple of things and our needs were promptly met. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It is also extremely affordable. I will stay here again.

They really need to get Wifi that connects with Apple products. A couple of basic chairs on the balcony would also be great.

Its a good stay at low budget.

The price was fair and the pools where very closely.

The wifi was very unstable and wasn't able to connect. The oven had a dirty and greasy tray and the boiler was shut off so when we tried showering the water never got hot. Also the cable TV only has like 20 channels that aren't worth watching too.
