Lieu incroyable, accueillant et inattendu dans le désert

La gentillesse du personnel, la beauté du lieu, la grande piscine, la vue ! Le gérant très serviable et sympathique. Repas du soir et petit dej très bons.

Un petit meuble dans la salle de bain peut être ? Et une couverture en plus au cas où mais franchement , c’est chipoter, c’était parfait

Ottima struttura con dettagli da migliorare

La struttura è bella e facilmente raggiungibile. È pulita e lo staff molto cortese. La camera è spaziosa. La piscina molto bella

La doccia è aperta e quando ci si lava si allaga il bagno. In camera non c'erano appendiabiti o mensole.

Dinner was nice, good food. The pool was clean but not warm. But that's normal in Morocco. Breakfast was also good so all in all it was nice

Lounging by the pool was excellent. Lots of sun and some options for shade. Food was good (tagines) and service friendly but lacking English. They arranged for us to have a walking tour of the palmerie which was perfect and ensured our transportation would arrive the next day.

Facilities were a bit dated, hot water was hard to come by in the shower and English was not spoken by most staff.

Exceptional

The hotel offers you cheap dinner and pool facilities.It lies in a quiet neighbourhood-you just need to follow the arrows and after some meters in the dirt road you are there.It offers a unique experience to live in a house made from mud- a typical architecture of the Sahara berbers( for example the mosque of Timbuktu).

Excellent decorated Kasbah in great location

Excellent staff and very well maintained and decorated Kasbah. We stayed for one night and it was excellent experience. We also had a nice Moroccan Dinner for one night and they were able to accommodate our request for vegetarian food. Excellent breakfast and dinner provided by pool area. 3 Course Dinner was 10 Euro.

Rooms were bit smaller and bathroom dated but it didn't bothered us. That was an experience of staying in Kasbah environment.

Place is really nice, close to the town, staff is hospitable in kind, Pool is tempting but water inside was quite cold (april).

Perfect

I arrived quite late and was received very friendly by management and staff. They still served me a very nice dinner by the pool and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent. All in all, this stay was my best experience in MA. Thanks again.

To find the place at night, look for the signboards on the national road. You must then follow white arrows on the walls to get there. I am not an expert, but price may be a bit elevated for national standard. Personally, I am absolutely happy with price/performance.

Amazing!

Very helpful and friendly people working here! I was a bit sick during the stay and they were so kind a helpful with whatever I needed. The swimming pool was also very nice and the rooms were clean and tidy.

Beautiful hotel - perfect for road trip between Marrakech and Merzouga

The hotel is beautiful and staff were very friendly. Not hard to find if you trust white arrows painted on wall. Showers were great, hot and powerful. Food was lovely €10 pp - cans of pop were €4. Pool side was beautiful and clean. Would definately recommend.

Not because we didn't like it - but for reference. Beds are very firm and I would recommend bringing your own shampoo etc as most hotels outside city will give you small shampoo sashes.

The grounds were very beautiful as was the pool; a little cold this time of year, but good for the body. The breakfast was tasty, we didn’t have dinner but heard it was good. The dining areas are so pretty and inviting. The staff were very nice. We had a bit of trouble communicating with the language barrier but we managed. Highly recommended. We stayed one night between visits of Ben Haddou and Dades Gorge.

Excellent stay.

Amazing value for money £280 for 3 nights in a 2 roomed suit, 2 evening meals, 1 lunch and breakfast for 4 every day. Swimmingpool was great, and there were plenty of comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
