Perfect little family weekend away for Father’s Day. We will most definitely be back again and hopefully for even longer

It was a perfect townhouse for our family if 5, everything we could have needed. The proximity to the beach was fantastic with a playground there also. The pool was perfect to entertain our children.

The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful also.

Superb

Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment. Loved walking through the rainforest to reach the beach. Also a lovely walk along the Tooway lake. Close to grocery store and bakery and cafes. Loved the warm pool with spa. The kids loved the slide into the pool - so did Dad!

Disappointing

Location to the beach was great, but parking for our 4wd was very hard to find as the under ground parking is limited to 1.9m high. Would be nice for some parking for vehicles over 1.9m high.

Well, there were ants in the kitchen and in the sugar jar and any opened packets left on the bench were soon covered in ants. Doors were broken and electric fry pan didn't work either. The "Deluxe" apartment didn't reflect the photos on the website, nor did the sleeping capacity.

Family Stay

The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The young receptionist was awesome, we left items behind and she called us to come back and collect them. There was a faulty flush on one of the toilets and Michael the manager had a plumber there who fixed it within the hour.

No oven gloves in Room 12 😂 otherwise it was fine.

A nice walk to the beach through the trees.

Excellent location, a nice walk to the beach and shops.

The allocated car park was only 1 for our 3 bdrm appt. Our other car was parked out on the street for the 4 days we stayed there. The bathrooms are looking a bit tired

Another great beachside stay at Moffat Beach.

Raintrees is in a wonderful location just a few minutes walk from the beach and cafes/bars/restaurants at Moffat Beach and Dicky Beach. The pool and BBQ area is great and parking garage is secure. Having stayed in a number of different units, all have kitchens with a great supply of glasses. plates, utensils and cookware.

Some of the units have not been refurbished as recently as others.

Overall beautiful stay

Location and the overall stay was lovely. The view from room was beautiful The lay out was great Staff were nice Gardens were beautiful

In terms of cleanliness, I had to wash a few things prior to using them as there was still food stuck on it . I didn't really mind as I understand it's hard to monitor everything. Average little bits of wear and tear noticed but did not make the stay any less enjoyable. I did have to spray couch with glen 20 as a particular spot smelled like urine. That I didn't like....

overall good. resort needs a refresh but value for money and being able to walk to e erything terrific

location, pool, good kitchen and laundry in unit. close to everything for little kids - beach, lagoon, 2 playgrounds plus cafes and restaurants, walks , local food store and bakery etc

more cleaning needed- stuff found under couches, behind beds, grubby bathroom

relaxing!

the unit we stayed in was light, airy and well furnished. aircon is all bedrooms which not all units have. close to beach, parks, walks, restaurants.

On our second night there were some really raucous guests, partying way into the night and using foul language. continued until someone banged on their door loudly in the early hours of the morning .

The managers were very helpful in resolving an issue we had. The pool, facilities, and gardens were great.

Our issue was sorted exceptionally well by management, so no complaints at all.

it was relaxing and overall enjoyable,

the pool was great for our grandsons and the bbq areas were clean and well maintained. the units were clean and tidy. beds comfortable. close to cafes, bakery and supermarket.

we rented 2 units. the bathroom drains in both needed attention. Visitor parking challenging.

The unit was dusty and not that clean. Door and window Trackers weren't clean. Shower and hand basin need bleach 😩. So sorry, but the beautiful people behind the desk we're awesome 👌 👏 👍

a great getaway in a good quiet area which suited our large family.

Having a large family is hard when you want to get away and find a place with plentiful space to stretch out. It is great to locate a 3 bedroom apartment at a good price. the property is dated but that didn’t bother us, it helped us feel more comfortable.

We were happy with the property and location. it would have been good to have a small table on the balcony but it is a narrow deck so it wasn’t too much of an issue.
