Amazing views, clean
You have to carry your suitcases up a steep hill, about 6 minutes from the last car park, it is not possible to drive up the hill by car.
It's just something you have to keep in mind

Maybe an air fryer would be good heating in evenings could be little better

The view was absolutely stunning !
Bathroom, very small and needs updating.
Mirror in the living room section fell off the wall. Luckily we weren’t hurt, and it didn’t smash!
Hot water in bathroom and kitchen was scalding Hot temperature needs to be turned down.

Amazing views, a private garden area AND a parking space in the village are all on offer with The Studio and much sought after in Polperro!
It would probably be very costly but it is a shame more use can not be made of the extremely steep but large, side garden by creating some kind of sun terrace for The Studio as the current usable outdoor space is quite small and hidden behind tall shrubs and bushes!!!!The Studio would then simply have the best view in town and I’m sure people would pay a price for that......

The location is quite hilly ,but affords wonderful views albeit a little obscured by bushes
to one side,which was a shame ,the vista would have been far reaching.Its a peaceful location
with just the sound of the sea .polperro is stunning and studio decorated quite well,the bed is nice and comfortable .
Food is fab wherever you choose to eat.
I'm afraid the cleanliness of studio in areas wasn't up to standard.

The Studio is in a lovely position with views over the end of the harbour. Great to have allocated parking in the village. The host was really helpful and friendly when providing information re. access to the property and parking space.
The bathroom is rather tired and could do with some TLC; without too much imagination and money, it could be made a lot more user friendly, i.e smaller corner sink which would then give space for a larger shower and the toilet would not feel so cramped. It was a little cold at night in bed, a warmer duvet would have been welcome, there was a blanket but it didn't cover the whole bed. We felt we were paying for the privilege of a lovely view, rather than a cosy studio.

Fantastic private location with a car
Parking space. Very comfortable and perfect for a short break.
Instructions to park need to really specific. It is 5 minutes walk from the car but up quite a steep hill with luggage. Worth mentioning. Minor things though.
