The position is on a noisy, busy intersection that includes compression breaking by large trucks. As an out of city traveller I didn't know that. A quiet room was requested and a confirmation email received this was possible at no charge. My room was on the road at the front of the property. Staff were unhelpful and rude. I left without checking in and yet was still charged the full price.
