Unfortunately my credit card was charged twice by the Hotel but under two different names. Which was worrying. Disappointed that Booking.com could not sort mistake on my behalf. Didn’t even acknowledge my complaint of being over charge. Had to contact property direct. But waited 6 days for refund and lost the transfer fee🤯😫. Regular Booking.com customer 🤷‍♀️ Reference number 596B9CD

Very well located! The room was small but clean, and the staff very welcoming!

Staff at the reception was very friendly and gave us some recommendations and the location of the hotel is really good

It was loud at night due to the restaurant in front of the hotel, rooms are very small (what we knew before) and therefore the prices are too high in our opinion (as in the whole region)

Prima hotel in centrum

It was quite noisy. People from the restaurant across the road partied till midnight and then the seagulls started shrieking in the early hours of the morning. If we had closed the window it would have helped a lot but we like air so maybe it was our fault. Having said all this it was still a great stay. We are on a long camping cycle tour so staying here was real luxury for us after a long cold day of cycling in the rain

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the bus station and the view points of Cudillero as well of its port, restaurants and supermarket. The room was big and the bathroom very clean. Towels and gels were facilitated.
