Friendly check-in. Good location. Good Kitchen. Ensuite bathroom is comfortable. Tranquil building. The wifi signal was very strong in my room.

Its peak season rates, so I won't call it "cheap". I didn't notice a washing machine in the guest areas, It would've been nice to have a self-service washing machine. The charging port for the phone wasn't right next to the bed. Distance was longer than my charging cable.

Although the place is a bit far from the center, it was just 10-15 minutes on foot (and a tram station is around the corner so I could've used it). The building is in very nice condition, and the room and common areas are like new. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and the host was very nice. The shared kitchen is well-equipped. The room is spacious and quiet.

I cannot mention anything.

The room was cosy, the bed was perfectly comfortable. The accommodation has a nice terrace to sit outside. Definitely good value for money!

The socket is far away from the bed. The mirror is on another side of the bathroom from the sink, not really comfortable for shaving and such.

The booking was confirmed very quickly and the hostess gave us direct contacts right away so that we could check in quickly and without any problems. We arrived at the agreed check-in time and were immediately met and accommodated. The room was clean, bright, spacious and very comfortable. The room had its own shower and toilet. It was very convenient to have a kitchenette in the room (electric oven, microwave, fridge, and all the necessary kitchenware). Steady Wi-Fi. We were with child and we really liked that Apartmány Brno was quiet, cosy, absolutely no disturbing neighbours, which is very important for family accommodation. A very nice, pleasant, friendly hostess. She had prepared for us a folder with useful information (all her contacts, wifi passwords, what to see in Brno, with photos, opening times and location, where to find the nearest shops, pharmacies, restaurants, contacts of local taxis and emergency services). We were in Brno for the first time and this information was very useful to us. Apartmány Brno is very conveniently located, close to the historical centre where we could walk and see everything, near the train station, which was convenient on the arrival and departure, shops, restaurants, all close by. We stayed here for three days and our hostess was always available for questions. It was very convenient that we had to check out late at night, and we left at the right time with no problems at all, just leaving the keys to the room in the agreed place. I will continue to stay here when I am in Brno and would definitely recommend it to friends
