Good location near city center
The hotel is falling apart not being maintained well, the room was extremely hot when I arrived and had to open the windows to cool which took 4 hours as AC did not work.
Spa center was closed but I was only informed after my booking was confirmed.
Single bed rooms are tiny, carpet was dirty, curtains full of dust.

I dident like anything I am we’re disappointing
I book this hotel thinking I will be a queen of relaxing unfortunately they had nothing to offer me. the hotel need to be closed.

Room was modern and clean
No spa available. Nothing to say that the spa was not available. I only booked this hotel for the spa. Very disappointed and would ideally like a refund

Nice hotel, clean rooms, comfy beds, the pillows for me little to hard and thick, good restaurant down. Hotel is pet friendly, lots of place to walk your dog.
The air-condition didn't work, instead of cooling it was heating like in hell so we had to turn it off completely, we had to keep our window fully open and doors to get fresh air in the room, and even that didn't helped a lot. Ive no idea from where the heating was coming, we put the heater in bathroom also off. the window opens in a dangerous way. its possible to fall out by bending over or our dog could jump out. By open windows if you have a room on the street side its hard to sleep because of the noises
Hotel is pet friendly but the restaurant not, I was immediately asked to leave even I entered just to give to key to my husband which was sitting on the table. Besides that no other problems.
