Great Hotel. Amazing personnal. Rooms are awsome. Outdoors could be improved.

The Hotel is very nice. Staff is excelent. They really do everything to keep yu happy. Rooms are clean and neat and the lighting is very special

There is actually no real lobby in the hotel. The actual lobby is very small. There is a nice sitting place inside and outside but it is open only for the meals.

Excelente, pero la privacidad en la ducha...

La ubicación y la limpieza de la habitación. La recepción cuenta con un espacio cómodo para pasar el tiempo.

La privacidad para el uso de la regadera es prácticamente nula. Sería mejor si la puerta fuera de un material opaco y no traslúcido.

It is what it is

We are familiar with the "ibis" brand, we knew what to expect in terms of room size and lack of amenities, but we did not expect it to be so dirty!!! The floor was filthy, we felt we couldn't take off our shoes. The hotel is not far from the airport, there is a tram that runs frequently and cost 2.80 swiss francs.

Very dirty floor. Thin towels. No catle in the room. 100 swiss francs are too much for that.

Close to the airport. Larger shower.

Rude service. Dirty upper bed between wall. Only hotel that didn’t offer public transportation pass. Useless tv that only showed hotel policies. Why should I have to scan my room key to use the elevator?

Es un hotel para una noche y muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Los budgets son habitaciones muy pequeñas, cuesta un poco de trabajo el subir a la litera para dormir.

Achei que o hotel fosse mais perto do aeroporto. Chegamos de madrugada em Zurique e o transporte até o hotel não foi facil. O quarto era muito pequeno, dificil acomodar as malas para abrir. Porta do box transparente e separado do vaso sanitário. Atendente simpático, mas brigou com o colega na nossa frente.

The air-conditioning did not keep the room cool enough and the window could not be opened despite this being recommended as a means of obtaining fresh air

Very convenient and bed was okay but too hot and no fan. Staff were lovely and breakfast was good.

Tram stop that goes straight to airport right outside the door. Pizza shop downstairs.

Worst aircon ever. It was so hot we couldn’t sleep.

There was extremely less air conditioning the room was very hot it was very warm the air conditioning did not work. Dont take this hotel in summers at all. No kettle to make tea/coffee.

Great for a night of rest before the airport!

Exactly what we needed for a night before going to the airport. Our room had a bathroom, sink, and toilet in it with shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer and towel. So close to airport.

Airplanes could be a little loud but makes sense as it’s so close to the airport.

It was as advertised. Good Value, Convenient, Clean and safe.

It was a fast check in. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I ate at the adjacent Italian Restaurant. It was just right for my needs as a last night in Zurich prior to returning to California.

There was nothing to dislike.

Would've been better if the appliances worked, and there'd been a place to eat.

Great mattress, ok shower, good location, good price.

TV absolutely did not work, there were no instructions on how to make it work even it it had been operable. Really cheap towels, no nearby resturant of bar.
