Super Lage direkt am schönen Strand. Die Bungalows sind wirklich ohne viele Wege am Strand. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Man ist schnell im kleinen Ort, mit vielen Restaurants und co. Der Bungalow ist völlig OK für den Preis aber schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, merkt man am meisten am Bad. Der Pool war gut und gross, allerdings fand ich ihn sehr chlorhaltig.
Das Bad ist sehr alt, und nicht ganz so sauber und irgendwie mit Badewanne unpraktisch. Das Bett war nicht sooo bequem wie andere Hotelbetten aber noch OK. Das Frühstück war ok, allerdings nichts besonderes.

la piscine décevante, peu de fond ... pas assez de place pour les occupants, pas assez de transats, accessible par le café seulement + pour les externes, accessible que d'un seul coté, et vue sur le parking trés passant .. trop petite du coup hyper concentration de gens .. transats collés sérrés :(

- I would like to see the stones removed from the water, they are scattered everywhere, in some places I saw sea urchins
- There are both high and low tides during the day. We stayed for 8 days and each time the picture was different (see photo)

Дружелюбный персонал , хорошая уборка , отличный выбор свежих фруктов на завтрак. Хороший бассейн для детей и взрослых.
Заход в море , много камней и кораллов , приходилось искать , где зайти … не знаю, может ли отель очистить вход в море.

Nous avons logé sur la plage la vue est magnifique avec sur le pallier la terrasse avec des transats, sur la plage vous avez des balançoires entre les arbres où vous pouvez boire votre café tout en regardant la vue magnifique le coucher de soleil est splendide. C'est la détente assurée, il y a tous les équipements dans les chambres, tout est propre, le personnel très gentil et un grand choix au petit déjeuner ainsi qu au restaurant ..
L'île est magnifique ,très naturelle, à l'extérieur de l'hôtel il y a pleins de petites boutiques et de restaurants .

Newly built, functional bungalow. Two lounge beds on the private terrace. Friendly and professional staff. Golf car service always available. Excellent buffet, varied and for all tastes. The receptionists solve every wish, we are very happy about it

L'emplacement sur la plage au top. Le personnel d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité formidable. La piscine très agréable. Le petit déjeuner parfait. Le confort et la taille de la chambre avec vue sur la mer. La salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Un rapport qualité/prix très honnête pour ce niveau de prestations: 387€ pour 6 nuits pour trois personnes petit déjeuner inclus. Le seul bémol est la literie, un peu trop ferme à notre goût. On recommande sans hésitation.

Nicely decorated property and very clean. the beach area was lovely to walk out to of an evening to enjoy the sunset.
Our family rented a car so we were able to travel around the island and see other beaches and areas - I would recommend travelling around to see different things.

A resort nagyszerű helyen van, közvetlenül a tengerparton, ami hófehér homokos, pálmafás, csodás! A hoteltől gyalog is csak 4-5 perc a központ, de egy golfkocsi is mindig a vendégek rendelkezésére áll, amivel ingyen elvisznek.
A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, a szobák ragyogó tiszták. Minden nap takarítanak, hoznak 2 palack vizet és nescafét. A reggeli bőséges.
Mi medencekapcsolatos földszinti szobát választottunk, ami igazi luxus érzetet biztosított, mert a szobánkból kisétálva máris a medencében voltunk. Ezekhez a szobákhoz jár 2 saját napozóágy is egy napernyővel, így ezt sosem kellett keresgélnünk.
Az ágy, a matrac szuper volt!
Apró, de nagyon praktikus beruházás lenne a földszinti szobákba tüll-függönyt is feltenni. Így nappal nem látnának be a többiek a medencéből a szobába. Csak sötétítő függöny van.
Egy polcos ruhásszekrény is beférne a tágas szobákba, kicsit most kevés a hely a ruhák tárolására.

Czysty, z bocznym widokiem na morze domek. Sprzątany codziennie. Plaża piękna, czysta. Dostępne leżaki i krzesła plażowe. Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, bardzo duży wybór, nawet wybredny coś znajdzie. Ochrona dba o bezpieczeństwo przy wyjściu z hotelu i przejściu przez drogę. W niedalekiej odległości parę straganów, knajpek, mini nocne życie. W aquaparku ratownicy, którzy czujnie pilnują bezpieczeństwa. Wypożyczyliśmy skutery z pomocą Pana z recepcji ponieważ te na terenie hotelu nie były już dostępne. Szybko, sprawnie, w atrakcyjnej cenie - o dziwo lepszej niż na mieście. Kajaki, rowerek wodny dostępny za opłatą!
Dania obiadowe w restauracji średnio smaczne, lepiej zjeść poza obiektem. Uwaga przy wypożyczeniu rowerków - trzeba pilnować czasu samemu, nam chciano wmówić że jest koniec po 30 minutach pływania, tylko dlatego że przyszła inna rodzina a był problem z drugim rowerem wodnym. Dyskusja, wezwanie managera, sprawdzanie w recepcji czasu wypożyczenia, mimo mojego zapewnienia że mamy jeszcze czas. W tym czasie mąż z dzieciakami przy brzegu. Stracone minuty, nerwy. Po wszystkim przeszła ochota na pływanie i tyle było z atrakcji. Leżaki na plaży "rezerwowane" ręcznikami na cały dzień - szkoda, bo można byłoby z tym coś zrobić.

We hebben in twee verschillende kamers overnacht. De eerste 5 nachten in een ‘garden bungalow’. De laatste 3 nachten in een ‘sea view room’. Het verblijf in de ‘sea view room’ was goed. Prachtig uitzicht en een comfortabele kamer. Cafés en restaurants (centrum) op loopafstand.
De ‘garden bungalow’ was behoorlijk primitief. Zeker gezien de prijs absoluut niet in verhouding tot de geboden kwaliteit. Het verschil in kwaliteit tussen de kamers kwam niet goed naar voren tijdens het boeken. Ontbijt was overvloedig maar niet bijzonder, matige koffie.

Всё отлично! Местоположение (30 м. пляж, рядом много ресторанчиков и кафе, аренда байков и каяков.) Удобный и просторный номер (высокие потолки.) Красивый вид, с большого балкона, на море и бассейн. Хорошая сантехника. Останавливались в главном корпусе (в бунгало всё более "упрощённо")
В душе нет даже маленькой полочки! Очень неудобно!
Завтраки (жили 10 дней) обильные, но однообразные. Через 5-6 дней начинает надоедать.

Die schöne, insgesamt gut gepflegte Anlage. Der eigene Strand, der auch täglich gereinigt wurde! Nichts. Nichts desto trotz ist das Wasser nicht sauber! Das merkt man an der starken Algenbildung, die täglich entsorgt werden müssen! Um das zu verhindern, muss das Abwasser, bevor es ins Meer geleitet wird geklärt werden. Andernfalls wird man dieses Problem nicht in den Griff kriegen und in 5-10 Jahren werden keine Touristen mehr an die Strände kommen, weil das Wasser schlichtweg schmutzig ist. Das ist ein generelles Problem an Thailand Stränden hier muss die Regierung dringend handeln!!
Der hohe Preis, der auch für die Hauptsaison meines Erachtens nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Dafür sind die Zimmer letztlich zu einfach und das Frühstück nur mäßig gut.

Fajny wygodny apartament 4 osobowy z widokiem na plażę i zatokę . Zrobił na nas piorunujące wrażenie pierwszych chwilach pobytu. Zdjęcia tego nie oddają. Śniadania bardzo różnorodne , sporo owoców, każdy coś sobie znajdzie. Blisko do miasteczka kai bao i wszelkich z tym związanych udogodnień, a jednocześnie na tyle odsunięty, że nie zgiełk miasteczka nie przeszkadza.
Świetny efekt pobytu zepsuły ostanie chwile pobytu ,kiedy to hotel uznał, że rąbnęliśmy szlafrok, oczywiście nie mieli racji i w końcu to przyznali, ale niesmak pozostał....

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was very comfortable with a spectacular view of the pool, beach and sunset (3rd floor, pool view). Choice of stairs or lift to the 3rd floor. BF was ok. Not 5 star but very acceptable. The coffee at breakfast was delicious with choices of espresso, cappuccino etc.
The pool had only one access point. A ladder, otherwise you had to climb a wall to get in and out. Very weird pool design. Typically old European guests were out at dawn claiming the limited lounge chairs. The beach has no lounge chairs. The sea is lovely there but best to swim at higher tides because of the many rock in the sea. There is a hotel road between the pool and the beach that cuts through the property. It ruins the entire vibe and is quite dangerous. Sitting at the beach bar looking at the beach and cars on the road absolutely ruins the atmosphere.The food at the beach restaurant is not good. We ate elsewhere after the first nights disastrous meal.

L’emplacement exceptionnel sur la plage de Kae Bay, face à la mer, dans les chambres ( et non dans les bungalows qui sont pour certains les pieds dans l’eau ) de très grandes chambres confortables, lit un peu ferme. Le fauteuil sur la terrasse..le petit déjeuner juste exceptionnel avec un niveau de propreté et d’attention incroyable, la gentillesse du personnel et surtout l’accueil très professionnel.et les massages sur la plage…très proche de la rue animée le soir avec de super restaurants très variés !!
Les clients qui mettent leur serviette sur les transat à 6.30 du matin..mais je ne vais jamais à la piscine!!

Wij hadden kamer met toegang tot het zwembad. Voordeel van onze kamer was dan ook nog dat we zo goed als heel de dag zon hadden.
Je ziet ook de zee vanuit de kamer wat heel aangenaam was. De zee is dan ook maar enkele tientallen stappen verwijderd van de kamer.
Kamer is prima kwa grote. Meer heb je niet nodig voor een vakantie waar je kamer alleen dient om te slapen.
Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid al miste ik wel charcuterie en kaas.
Jammer dat er geen nachtlampjes aan het bed zijn.

Однозначно добавить шезлонгов. Уважаемые отдыхающие, пожалуйста, не занимайте шезлонги до завтрака, если Вам они понадобятся после 11-12 часов! Это неуважение к людям. Ведь пока Вы спите до завтрака и после, шезлонги пустуют! А могли бы удовлетворять потребностям других гостей отеля.

Beautiful room and stunning pool, located right on the beach and only a 5 minute stroll from Kai Bae village which has a huge selection of restaurants, 7/11 and other various shops. Comfy beds, good aircon, lovely shower and bathroom.
Point lost as cleaners only made the bed, didn't change sheets. Also asked staff for advice when we had a small scooter scrape and they were no help at all.
2nd point lost for breakfast, wasn't great considering price of hotel.

Mieliśmy ładny duży pokój, wygodne łóżka, bardzo czysto w pokoju.
Na balkonie suszarka na mokre ciuchy.

Avevamo un bungalow fronte mare.. lo spazio esterno era trascurato e sporco vasi con piante secche e accendini pieni di mozziconi di sigarette , x scendere al mare occorreva usare una specie di comodino visto l’altezza del gradino.. prezzo molto elevato che non rispecchia la realtà , poche sdraio in piscina che i clienti si litigano ..

Брали семейный номер на троих. В номере была горячая вода, это такое счастье после предыдущего отеля! Кровать удобная. Кондиционер дул на кровать, но это распространенная проблема.
Большой бассейн, лежаков мало, но нам хватало. На пляже лежаков нет, но для нас это не было проблемой, главное, что не было песчаных мух.
Завтрак хороший, все остались довольны.
Не подняли багаж на второй этаж, но для трех звезд это ок. В баре при отеле заказывали клаб сэндвич с картофелем фри, картофель был пересушен, как будто вчерашний разогретый, самый ужасный, который я когда-либо пробовал в жизни(Мороженое кстати там очень вкусное!)

Ausreichend Platz für 2 + 1 Kleinkind. Sauberkeit, Lage. Frühstück ist auch gut und es findet jeder was für sich. Ein Wurstaufschnitt und Käse wie in Deutschland sollte man nicht erwarten.
Personal ist super, es wird auch sehr gut sauber gemacht.
Waren insgesamt 10 Tage. Wir haben um 5 Tage in einem Beach Zimmer verlängert. Alles sehr familienfreundlich, gemischtes Publikum und unterschiedliche Nationalitäten.
Würden wieder buchen.

Wir hatten Zimmer direkt am Strand - was für eine Aussicht - mit 2 Liegebetten auf der Terrasse und einem grossen Stuhl.
So konnten wir die Sonne direkt vor dem Zimmer geniessen.
Das Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen. Jeden Tag gab es neue Sachen, die wir natürlich auch probiert haben.
Auch das Restaurant des Hotels bietet eine reiche Auswahl für tagsüber und abends.
Der Strand ist wunderschön und ideal auch für Kinder.
In kleiner Entfernung findet man auch Restaurants in denen man ebenfalls sehr gut essen kann.
Alles wunderbar - ich werde wiederkommen

Bra läge nära restauranger. Fint med upplyst pool på kvällen. Rent och fräscht rum, men väldigt hårda sängar. Gillade gungstolen på balkongen. Toppen med skjuts av ”golfbil” vid behov.
Märklig pool. Felbygge på något vis. Uppbyggd i huvudsak för de få rummen med direkt pool-access kändes det som. Vi övriga fick trängas nedanför poolen med begränsad möjlighet att ta sig i och ur vattnet. Fåtal solstolar med väg och parkeringsplats precis bakom ryggen och inga solsängar på stranden! Observera att det går en liten väg mellan pool och strand. För att ta sig till poolen var man också tvungen att gå igenom restaurangen. Inte lång omväg men konstigt. Varför inga trappa mot receptionen t ex? Otroligt slitna och trasiga badhanddukar. Relativt missnöjd med frukosten också. Finns inget pålägg till smörgåsar, varken ost eller skinka. Juicen var inte kall. Gott kaffe dock. Vi bodde i hotellbyggnad på tredje våningen utan hiss. Checkade ut tidigare och bytte till trevligare hotell i närheten, men ska man bo här skulle jag nog rekommendera beachfront bungalow. Då har man i alla fall direkt tillgång till strand utan väg emellan och solsäng på terrassen att tillgå.
