La ubicación me pareció genial, por un lado a 10-15 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes, y al otro el centro de la ciudad. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia, decoración muy simpática. Baños compartidos pero muy limpios. La encargada del alojamiento igual, muy servicial y amable. Al final de nuestra estancia pudimos dejar las maletas un momento y luego regresamos a buscarlas antes de irnos de la ciudad.

Hay que pagar por las botellas de agua que se encuentran en las habitaciones. Y, al regresar por nuestras maletas queríamos pasar al baño antes de tomar el tren, y nos dijeron que no era posible porque ya no está incluido en los servicios. Por una parte lo entiendo ya que todo estaba listo para los siguientes huéspedes, pero creo que igual una ida al baño no se le debería negar a nadie. A pesar de eso, disfruté mucho mi estancia allí.

Cette maison d'hôtes est idéalement située pour pouvoir visiter Sienne à pied. 1/4 d'heure de marche en passant pas la vieille ville.

La chambre 1 est un peu bruyante ce elle donne sur la rue

la casa es preciosa y muy grande, la anfitriona muy amable y atenta. Tiene una terraza muy bonita con unas vistas epsectaculares. Está ubicado muy cerca del centro, se puede ir andando. Estuvimos muy bien.

Aunque la habitación estaba muy limpia, la casa en general se veía un poco dejada (no sucia) y con muchos trastos por el medio.

L’hotel est très joli, une cuisine est mise à disposition pour petit-déjeuner ou dîner en terrasse avec une vue sur les montagnes. Le prix est correct, Nous avons été surclassé sans supplément. L’emplacement est on ne peut mieux. Juste la route à traverser pour se rendre à la cité historique qui est sublime. Cela nous a permis de nous promener la journée comme le soir sans se préoccuper de trouver un parking pour se garer. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

The hostess was really nice and the location is good, it’s near the city centre and you can reach everything by foot.

There isn’t much not to like.

This was a good choice for a one night stay. The property is close to the city center, near Porta Camolia, outside ZTL area. Bathroom was spacious, fully functional, with bidet and shared with another room, which was empty during our stay, so there was no discomfort on the fact that the bathroom was shared. The owner was flexible and helped us do a self check-in in the evening.

The mattress of the bed was comfortable, however the bed frame was flimsy/ wobbly, thus every time my husband would move or twitch in his bed, he would wake me up, because I am a light sleeper and I wake up, if I am shaken. Might not be a big deal for deep sleepers, but it was for me. There was no air conditioning (only a fan), however we were lucky to visit on a rainy, cold night, so we weren't bothered by the heat, however knowing how hot it could get in July and August in Italy (and rest of Europe as well), this might be a deal breaker for some.

The location relative to the Old City was quite good- the Gate is across the street. The Villa has a historic atmosphere to it and the our room was furnished with period pieces. I liked that a lot and my partner did not.

We thought the counter space for toiletries in the bathroom was too small. There is no AC so we made use of the fan provided. The window screen in the bedroom had a large tear, and we had to close it to keep out mosquitos. Unfortunately that made the room warmer than we would have liked. The bed was quite springy, meaning that if your partner moved around you would wake up. The strangest part was that the accommodations are described as a B&B, but there is no breakfast provided. However there is a very good cafe a block away.
