Reasonably good as the Hotel Staff took necessary steps to make my stay better. Food was very good.

When I reserved room in Booking.com, I preferred room with 3 accommodation. But when I reached hotel, all the room are only for 2. Thanks for the front desk people, as they understood and upgraded to a bigger room to accommodate 3 people.

Information showed on Booking.com for 3 accommodation is not correct. Need to revisit the content and update.

Good staff though not the management

The staff. Despite the ill managed property as it's obvious from the way it was, the staff kept their best foot forward to save every situation.

The property was horribly managed (?) and even basic safety features were missing. My room AC was not working at all and I woke up to a 41 degree midnight.

Worst maintenance ,No AC in reception first, and ready for bath,no hot water , answer I was shock Morning 6AM to 10 AM, and evening 6 to 10AM,. And Breakfast is worst I, I request not to go that hotel.

City view from 11th floor is ok, apart from that nothing great about the hotel...

1. no hot water in shower 2. Service was pathetic though there were not many guests 3. The staff were hopeless

Nly the location and breakfast good and staffs at restaurant are very attentive,courteous

Door lock are old fashioned. Token does not access sensor.at 12thfloor you have no one to help
