Lo que más nos gustó es que pudimos desayunar en la terraza viendo las pirámides.
No encontramos al chofer que nos iba a recoger en el aeropuerto. Después en recepción se preocuparon en llamarle para que se explicase.

This hotel was fantastic. It has an ideal location just steps from the pyramids. The view from the rooftop restaurant can’t be beat. We watched the evening pyramid light show from our balcony. The hotel was able to arrange excursions and a driver. I felt very safe and well taken care of. We were treated like family. It was probably the best and most personal hotel I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the pyramids.

Mahmood and hotel staff were amazing
Location to pyramids was great
Shisha made by hotel was great
Hospitality of workers
MAHMOOD WAS A GREAT TOUR GUIDE. FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE VERY END HE HELPED ME THE MOST. MY REVIEW ON THE HOTEL AND OWNER MIGHT BE NEGATIVE HOWEVER IF IT WAS NOT FOR SOMEONE LIKE MAHMOOD THEN I WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST. HE TOOK ME TO HIS SHISHA, HIS TEA SPOT, HIS BARBER, EVERYWHERE HE ENJOYED. EVERY HOTEL NEEDS SOMEONE LIKE THIS. HE TREATS A TOURIST HOW THEY SHOULD BE TREATED. IF IT WASNT FOR MAHMOOD OR HIS COUSIN ACHMED I WOULD HAVE HAD AN EVEN WORSE TIME BUT THEY MADE SURE I ENJOYED MY STAY, NO ONE ELSE.
The owner has to do a better job with letting people not scam you. Whether his shop owner friends or anyone else. He should recommend good places where you don’t get taken advantage of. He is a good man or comes from a good place however he needs to exemplify it more and not let all your money go to waste. He speaks well and out of kindness however he has to help us newcomers more.
I ended up buying gifts in the airport for 1/5th of the price I spent going to the stores of the owners recommendation.
The only good thing is the real hotel staff are nice and courteous and Mahmood did help me a lot. The owner should find ways on how to treat tourists on what to expect and how to combat it, and for people who are excited to visit his country he should show them the way.
Also, the breakfast is bad, there is nothing to choose from but that’s your choice if you want to eat there.
Thank you for good staff at your restaurant and the papyrus gift, but I won’t come back.
The only good thing about this hotel was the view of the pyramids FROM THE ROOF, no where else. As well as their shisha.
Their driver did not pick me up from the airport because of lack of their communication. That is a hassle, and you have to tip or you’re evil.
Also the bathroom was old, they leave you 1 packet of soap, no room service, my vent from the air conditioner fell down, and it smells like feces outside because of camels and horses.
Do yourself a favor, order Uber, it is the true price and cost and same level of service or better.

Nothing $200 for a disgusting room fake pictures on booking.com
I didnt like anything the toom was filthy and tiney they had builders working next to our supposed 5 start penthouse. Ithe the worst place i have ever stayed. The hotels driver fell as sleep at the wheel in the motoway hitting a truck at about 90kms an hour some how we were not seriously hurt. Then i got an email saying the owner told booking.com we didnt stay there however i have the receipt for payment.

The location.
It was dirty, rundown and not as advertised.

Best piramids view and the location was Very convinient. The Staff was trying to take care of the us and make our time pleasant. The owner was very generous. The Hotel is great and You feel very Safe in it.
PS: The water pressure and the temperature are fantastic comparing to 5 star Hilton Hotel.
You need to take under consideration that what is around the hotel is regular Egyptian naiberhood, so if You have never been in Egypt before You might go through little cultural shock. But You can feel Safe in Giza.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and the attached bath equally so with big plush towels that would please a pharaoh. The rooftop cafe view of the pyramids and sphinx is priceless.I watched the sunrise there. The gentleman staff at the hotel very professional and welcoming.
Ladies in the breakfast room said hello then completely ignored me,so after 20 minutes I left without even a cup of tea.

The view was really beautiful. Personnel collaborative.
The hotel was very dirty. All our towels were stained, we asked for new ones which were also stained... The whole room was not clean, including the bath tub. Moreover availability of hot water was susceptible to quick consumption and it was very difficult to fill the bath tub (5 or 6 "sessions" needed with 10 minutes stop in-between to avoid "enjoying" a cold bath). Finally, there was a complete lack of privacy as there's a terrace right in front of the room and people can peek into you room. So it's either you see the pyramids and anyone can see whatever you are doing or you pull the curtains but then the pyramids view is lost.
Horse and camel stool can be smelled from the room.
Not at all what we expected, especially considering the price.

The only thing good about this hotel is the pyramid view and air-conditioned room, that's all.
We left after 3 nights and moved to another hotel, we couldn't handle it anymore. The hotel was not clean, breakfast was awful, flies everywhere. The room was not serviced in the time we stayed there. Very dusty - it's the desert, I get it but wipe up. The room also did not look anything like what was advertised on Booking.com.
The staff and owner were very dodgy. They were rude and pushed us to use their tour services. No sincerity at all, when we'd refuse their services because we already had a tour guide, they'd start speaking in Arabic. We felt very uncomfortable walking through the foyer everyday. I heard the owner talking to someone checking out, charming them to give the hotel a good review with (cheap) fake papyrus gifts. I also heard that they refused to return someone's luggage without receiving a good review first.
There are camels and horses kept outside which makes the entrance to the hotel stink. The animals are very poorly kept as well, not a pretty sight at all.
I would not recommend this hotel.
