No coffee/tea making facilities in the room but the host offered me a free double espresso in the morning.

Location was perfect. garage for motorbike if you ask.

Parking was good for motorbike. Plenty of clean towels. Fresh buns, cheese,ham and pastries were good
Hosts didn’t appear to speak English so didn’t seem very friendly. Fruit at breakfast was wrinkled. Hotel seemed tired.
