Very good

I have stayed in this place for 5 nights, I came there for a conference in Minoa Palace. It was a great choice because of the location. The owners are great people; there was everything you need. All you need for cooking or breakfast; a big balcony, comfy beds, clean sheets and towels. Nothing extremely fancy but all good quality.

I recommend this apartment!

Perfect!

Spacious apartment right next to Minoa Resort where I had a work conference. There was everything I needed, along with a wonderful food basket so that I had a bit to eat for breakfast while there. Large living room, kitchen, and also a terrace, which I didn't use since I wasn't there much. Would definitely come back. Lovely and responsive hosts!

Super clean well located accommodation

It’s a super clean well located flat perfect for those who are going for conferences at the Minoa Palace Resort (as I did) or for holidays. Staff are gentil - when I arrived there were warm home baked pastry and homemade jam. The place is at the main road of Platinias and it’s a 2 min walk to the beach. There are supermarkets, restaurantes and even a private medical practice near by. If you don’t care about not having breathless views or a swimming pool but value clean and fair price accommodation, this is the place.

Extraordinary place, comfortable apartments.

Friendly hosts. The place is close to the beach, and the bus stops both towards Kissamos and towards Chania.

Superb

Despite late arrival, the hosts were waiting for us in the apartment. There was some cold water, beer and fresh fruit in the fridge. Kids were especially thrilled about fresh pastry. There were also homemade jams and olives on the table, everything was delicious. Mrs Georgia, thank you and your father for everything!

Perfect place attended by nice persons

It is our third visit to Crete, and the second time in Gelina. We repeated because our first time was great. It is a very good location, close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The owners are very kind and offer their own products (natural tomatos or eggs, and handmade cakes) as a welcome present. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent.

The studio was perfect with a fantastic terrace. George met us at 10 pm and took us straight to our room. He had stocked the fridge with home grown produce .jams,cake fruit olives juice water wine raki and beers. It was such a warm welcome. Georgia rang to make sure we were happy. The room was cleaned everyday. We had an amazing 3 weeks and sincerely thank this wonderful family for their genuine hospitality. Hope to visit you again. Yammas. Many thanks.

Exceptional

Spacious, clean apartment with ample sunlight. Easy to access by bus fin Chania or Platanias. Mini market practically next door and a superb beach just across the street. There was a warm welcome with some Home made jams on the kitchen table and a bottle of water cooled in the fridge

Not an idyllic landscape but picturesque Chania is 20min by bus away and you can’t get everything with this low price

Excellent HQ for visiting beaches in the western part of the island.

Size of the apartment and its balcony, ability to make room dark to sleep in the morning, proximity of market, could not hear noise from street, parking is huge and free, the beach is a walking distance from the apartment, safety box

There was noise from people moving chairs in the upper floor, the kitchen had a little smell of mold, although I couldn't spot it.
