This delightful two-bedroom villa is situated just in Ayia Trias just 150 metres from the picturesque beach, harbour and church at Ayia Triada. The outdoor area contains a private pool (8 x 4 m - minimum depth 1 metre - maximum depth 1.5 metres) with sun loungers, outdoor seating and a dining area where you can soak up the sun all day long or, alternatively, keep cool in the shade under the parasols. The villa is ideally located in a picturesque, peaceful location yet within 3 minutes walking distance of a pharmacy, chemist, bar, bakery and bus stop. Both the bar and bakery offer a great selection of takeaway food at reasonable prices. The villa is within 10 minutes walking distance of Kapparis' main shops, bars and restaurants. The nearby bus stop provides regular bus services to the lively resorts of Pernera, Protaras, Ayia Napa and Waterworld where guests can enjoy the nightlife and other attractions there. The local buses depart every 20 minutes, operate through the night during the summer months and are extremely reasonably priced. Trinity Beach is just 150 metres away. Sunbeds and parasols are available to hire. The beach has toilets, changing rooms and showers. From the beach, you can explore the little fishing harbour and visit the picturesque blue and white church. There is a beach cafe which provides a range of snacks, meals and drinks.
