Clean , and literaly next to the train station.

Location pretty good.
- Poor communication.
- parking and front door hard to find. No instructions for front door.
- Ants all over the bathroom floor.
- After booking a stay through booking.com, Teresa sent us a text, asking us to cancel our stay with booking.com and to book directly through her at a cheaper price. We refused to do this. Then when we arrived, she left a note with house rules requesting to be paid in cash. She didn’t respond to any of my questions about this as it says on booking.com that cash is not accepted. After we finally caved and paid her in cash as we were in a rush to get back to our schedule, and leaving her cash in the unlocked safe in the unlocked room, at Teresa’s request, she then finally got back to us and said that she would charge my credit card!! I submitted a complaint to booking.com and then she contacted us saying that she received the cash and did not charge our credit card. . . . It was SO STRESSFUL for our family. Definitely not what we expected from this place.

The only negative thing is that you can’t leave your luggage before 11am, but understandable when seeing the property. It forced us to change our plans for the day a little bit,

We stayed for one night in Teresa's Rooms and Suites, the location was perfect, close to the train station. The room is decorated very nicely and both it and the shower room were spotlessly clean. There is a kettle with tea and coffee sachets provided which is always welcome. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags there until check in time. I would recommend this accommodation and would stay here again if in the area.

lovely and spacious room
extremely inconvenient to get in with your luggage as there is no elevator. the staff doesn’t speak any english at all and there is no parking. the entrance is on a road so it’s hell to unload luggage from the car.

nice clean and spacious room at a central location. fridge and coffee machine in the room. it was perfect for us.

Nice room, looking very good. Only a bit noise due to busy road. But very close to the centre and boat to cinqueterra
Bit noisy during the night, fast driving cars and noisy ambulances. We forgot to reserve parking, really need to do that since parking is limited. But at the end we parked ar central station parking, also nice
