The property is not what it seems. The images are misleading and the description does not quite explain the situation properly. Check in was described from 3pm, i was contacted to ask when i would be arriving but unfortunately i missed the message. However as the app says check in is from 3pm so we arrived at 4pm and no one was there and there were no instructions so i called the number provided and had to wait around for an hour for a response not sure what was going on. Contact was made and i was instructed the key was in the door and that was that. There was no information on facilities or where we were able to go on the site. The room was ok but not great the towels were crusty, no toiletries provided like the description said. As it was out of season it was hard to find somewhere to eat so we had to go back out to a shop for some food which was difficult to prepare without any plates or cutlery. Only after we left did we find out there is a kitchen for use. For the price of the room what is offered is not good and to be honest disappointing. Property has potential but i would not stay here again.

The location was beautiful with the animals, the view of the sea, the trees in bloom; very nice! Anna was very helpfull and welcoming, thank you so much.

the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. the pillows harder than we would have liked.

The breakfasts could have been better. we loved the fresh orange juice every morning but wished there was lovely fresh bread on offer and delicious artisan jams. there was not much shade either which meant it was hard to linger over breakfast. we did not like the fact that breakfast was served from nine only. we would have liked to start earlier. we also found it very difficult to communicate with the staff contrary to other guests reviews.

Breakfast was amazing, Vicent was a great host. The room had a great size and it was beautiful.

Maybe the wifi could be better, but Ibiza's wifi is not great in general.

Beautifully located

Don't expect anything too fancy. Accommodation is basic. Cleanliness is so so. The beds and linnen are not great. Worst of all is probably the service.

The mother and daughter that work on the property are so lovely, they helped us a lot and told us exactly where to explore during our short stay. The property is very peaceful, and the location makes a good base to explore - as long as you have a car! It is a beautiful area. The room was spacious.

We had no hot water for most of our stay. This was difficult as visiting off season the room was also very cold. There didn’t seem to be a solution to the problem, we were just told it’d be hot later on - which it never was. The owner was never present to deal with these problems, only the lovely staff who were overworked. We also couldn’t find anyone to help us at night when desperate for a shower. The walls in our room must’ve been extremely thin, as we could clearly hear everything in the kitchen next door and communal area. We were also slightly disappointed as our room wasn’t cleaned or tidied at all during our stay. The TV was absolutely tiny and had no English channels. Breakfast is limited, there was no real choice you are just presented with it. We were happy to be asked if we had any dietary requirements when we arrived, as my partner doesn’t eat pork. The next morning, she was served ham and eggs. The hotel is only accessible by car. If you hire a car take out insurance, as the track leading up to the hotel is a little treacherous! This is however to be expected and worth it for the peace, as the hotel is in such a secluded area and on a farm. Just take it slowly!

Staff very nice. Excellent breakfast

Beautiful, peaceful location in the countryside, perfect for our relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Sun loungers in the garden surrounded by peacocks, chickens, sheep and a goat and a very comfortable lounge for guests' use if the weather is not so good. The small but welcoming village of Sant Carles is just 2kms away and everywhere in Ibiza is nearby so being in a remote location is not a problem. We didn't have breakfast at the property so cannot comment as we prefer to explore new areas every day. Good heating system which was very necessary as we had very wintery weather. Great shower with super hot and powerful water. On arrival, follow your GPS. You will think that you have taken a wrong turn as there are no signposts on the road, telling you to turn up a gravel track, which goes on for what seems like ages. Have faith. Keep going until a small sign tells you to turn right to C'an Prats, which is at the end of the road - literally!

I love that my kids could be on a farm and see the animals. The view is beautiful.

They were understaffed and the owner has no background in hospitality. The breakfast was horrible we only ate twice and ended up going out for breakfast for the rest of the stay. the service was not good. They did the job of cleaning. The farm itself was very run down and care. It felt more on par with a youth hostel. Something you might spend 30 or 40 dollars a night to stay at. We left early because we were not comfortable

The owner is a gem of a human being and I would return here just to continue some unfinished conversations!! His staff are also lovely and therefore the whole ambience is delightful. The location is very nice with great views; lots of animals around and good fresh produce, with many 'extra' offers supplied. The rooms are eclectic but comfortable, with everything you need provided or available on request. The breakfast is good and an experience.

The tranquillity of this place is unique and much valued. We had a great time with our family; the kids loved the goat.

The most tranquil place I have ever stayed in Ibiza! Amazing surroundings, beautiful room, super comfy bed and exceptional hospitality - highly recommend, especially if you’re looking to unwind.

My time here was too short - I wish I could have stayed longer.

The location, in the countryside with several animals.

We were with 4, parents and 2 older children. In the room was no couch (although the said) and only 2 chairs. Nothing to eat after breakfast. This had fruit and 2 choices: bread with egg OR yoghurt. We wanted to have each of both but that was no option (….). Even after I wanted to pay extra for it, it was still a problem. Breakfast is from 9.30/11 but we were late. After we wanted a a second cup of coffee, she said “no I already cleaned” but we could Nescafé. Al acceptable for a hostal if you pay 30 euros a night. But we paid 450 euros. Will not go back.

Not bad but very basic and Luckily I wasn’t hungry but yoghurt + muesli was the size of a kids portion

All in all place is cute but WAY overpriced for what it is. I wouldn’t mind staying there to spend 30-40€ per night, but for 128€ per night definitely highly overpriced for what it is. Misleading photos thinking it would be more private and spacious, rather communal living area=reception
