Host was great. Got in late and he met us at the door. Apartment was very cute and clean. Very close to Guayaquil airport. Only passing thru and stayed one night buy would stay again!

Value for money! Nice little suite, modern, comfortable, clean and safe with a large private balcony/terrace. Large enough for two sitting areas plus some more. Small complete kitchen as well although we really didn’t cook much more than coffee.
I liked everything but If you are elderly or have mobility issues, please keep in mind this suite is on the roof on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator which was not a problem for us, but this info may be useful to someone not very mobile. Again great value for the price!
