Hotel is not far away from little beach. Most guests are german speaking with rare english. One of the pools is surrounded by big pine trees that I personally love. Some dishes in restaurant was really tasty.

On checkin we were "upgraded" to very noisy room. Imagine having some loud machinery behind tiny wall in your bedroom. After short talk with manager they provided normal room. Still can't understand why they offering that noisy room in the first place. Oh and flies in outdoor restaurant.

Very friendly Staff around the hotel. Large hotel with a good choice of swimming pools. Beach is only few minutes walk. Kids friendly place, heaps of families.

I feel like food could be a better quality over all. There is a feel of a cheap buffet. and it's a same all majority of the time. Nothing really bad and you won't be hungry. But it feels very repetitive after a week and some dishes could be prepared a bit better IMO. There is a lot of stairs and not that many lifts for such a big hotel. half of kids game room isn't working. arcades are broken.

Great pool facilities. They were cold but useable even at the end of October. Less than 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach & clear blue sea. The overall cost represented good value for a family of 4 in October half term. The

The food selection was fairly good for an all-inclusive at this price but often luke warm. Didn't spoil the experience, just a shame as it would have been great if hot!

proximity to the beach, all inclusive allowing for actual relaxation where we don’t worry about scheduling, shopping or cooking and the exceptional kindness and dedication of the staff.

we went off season so all in all went well and not much to say but if something could be improved it would be the comfort of beds/mattresses for sofa-beds in family suites and including a better selection of wine and cava (brut/extra dry) and butter (instead of margarine) in the buffet and bar.

Too many children, no entertainment in the evening other than a show for kids.

Swim up room, closeness to a very nice little bay. Spa area very nice a place to get away from the kids..

I booked in order to have breakfast and dinner alone as it was advertised. The adult only area is not any longer what you promised and the pool was not any longer for adults only. Instead you have moved the dult only to an insignificant place far away. The meals were very nosy. I also looked forward to the private pool which proved to be useless since one cannot swim in a 1 m deep pool,- I would call that rather dissapointing and not as advertised. In fact the hotell misrepresented itself also in the booking .com presentation. The hotel could ar best function as 3 star charter hotell.
