Gran Hotel para viajar con tu peludito! Se puede quedar en la habitación sin problema y hay espacio de sobra en habitación y terraza para ellos. En general muy contentos con el hotel, gran servicio de desayuno y las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Además de las actividades organizadas por la noche.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location - right on the seafront.
SOME staff helpful when spoken to in Spanish.
Some of the staff were rude/unfriendly and one even forgot our order at the 'bar', so we just waited for ages whilst the staff were having a chat. To add to this, the mustard we were served (2 packets) were almost one year, and the other packet, two years, out of date. The food in general was almost inedible, bland, greasy, and clearly made with zero love.
The 'snacks' included in the all inclusive were all stodgy carbs, of again, super poor quality. It's like if primary school children organised a big dinner party, or something.
The entertainment was appalling, apart from karaoke which is always fun, wherever you are!
The hotel itself is soulless. Room very average.

The hotel was directly at the beach. Great location not directly in the center (silent in the night). The room was very modern and spacious. The hotel has a nice garden. The staff was very friendly.
The buffets had enough variations but most of the food in the evening was unsalty and blend. The pastries at the breakfast buffet were always a bit dry. A lot of dishes were unnecessarily fatty. We missed more local dishes. The plates felt often dirty on the bottom.

Everything was fantastic! The hotel is right on the beach and we had a sea side view room, which was absolutely amazing. The room is very spacious, modern and clean, big bathroom & the balcony is just dreamy. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly, we had half board and variaty of the food was great. The swimming pool/ garden area is wonderful, so I highly recommend the hotel, especially if you want a chill vacation in a more remote area. We will definitely return there!

fantastic meals, close to moza, shops and restaurants nearby. Very good drinks in the hotel bar. Professional bartenders, especially Jorge. I recommend this hotel. professional service.

Needed a deposit for everything (towels, key for the safe..)
Lots of dogs (only in the lobby, the couches and outside, but keep in mind if you're allergic)

We really enjoyed the turtles and this fabulous view.
The air conditioner killed me. You should bring a jacket for the reception and the dining room for sure!
The typical towels at the pool before breakfast and then most of the people not even there. Thank you for nothing.

The location with direct access to the beach.
The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful.
Comfortable beds.
The room could have done with some more furniture. There was the bed, two bedside tables and a chair. A table would have been useful and there was plenty of space for it. I ended up bringing in the plastic table from the balcony because there was nowhere to put anything down. Also a suitcase stand would be good, again, there was nowhere to put the suitcase to open it.
There was plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner but the quality of of the food was mediocre at best.
The wifi didn't work in the bedrooms.

Our stay was FANTASTIC! The hotel is amazing, very well located and easy to get by train and literally in front of the beach.
The room was impeccably clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean (we got the side view apt and not disappointing).
The staff was extremely helpful, they even lent a sunshade to us that was left by another guest.
Extremely worth paying for breakfast and even one of the other meals (or all) cause the 15EUR buffet is delicious (not suuuper vegetarian or vegan friendly, but I'm sure they can accomodate if you ask).
The pool, patio and amenities (lobby, bar, etc) were superb and welcoming! Don't miss the sangria they offer, which is great!
The hotel is super family friendly, they even offer daily entertainment at multiple hours.
Definitely worth the stay! Super recommended!!
The wi-fi only worked well in the lobby, bar and restaurant. But for us this wasn't an issue since we wanted to disconnect anyway!

It was a dog friendly hotel but I could only have my dog in the hotelroom, that's not super dogfriendly according to me.

Lovely hotel with a room on the seafront. Very large beds and very clean room. Excellent spot for relaxing, walking on the prom etc.... Breakfast very good with plenty on offer. Would have been nice to have some breakfast tea instead of all the scented varieties but not a major issue, we can bring our own next time.
Lighting system poor. The toilet/bathroom light system lit up the whole suite so it disturbed the other person when we got up in the night to use the bathroom.
