The view from my room
The bathroom with the bidet fitted in the commode made the whole bathroom wet on use. The Breakfast hardly had any veg options. This is still understandable, but not marking items on the buffet is not. Besides they asked us to pay 3 Manat if we wanted a Cappuccino ridiculous on a breakfast buffet. The beds were small and uncomfortable

The cottage was nice and trees in the garden only,
1. The staff's and room service vary bad , toilet needs maintenance , u will keep calling them and nobody will come and for the checkout time they call me more than 3 times to leave the room , one day before I already took the permission for checkout time 1 pm

Property is well located, clean and the staff is very professional and helpful. The view from the room was fantastic and the food was decent too.
The play area had pool tables, air hockey and all were paid but not in the best condition.

View and location is amazing. Very comfortable and relaxing.
Staff at the reception desk were not flexible and refused to accommodate my request to arrange a small cake to celebrate my wife's birthday falling next week.

Stunning hotel with friendly staff , breakfast buffet is amazing! We booked a triple room for our family and at check we were upgrade to 2-bedroom villa.
Room dining was excellent, housekeeping provided everything we needed for our stay.
The view of the mountain is just surreal, our family had a lovely time will be coming back soon.

This is one of the best hotels in Gabala. Service was fast and good. The facilities are fair. you have the option to stay in the hotel building or in the Chalet outside which gives more options especially for families.
There is nothing around the hotel in a walking distance. however this is normal in Gabala that you need a car or to hire a taxi which the hotel arranges.

TV in our small villa was very old and out of use.

We travel along with our 3 kids so we have booked 2 executive suits. Suite size was quite good and bigger than our expectations. Very quite and clean. Bathroom was supperb and with all amenities. Coffee shop, sports hall, reception area, breakfast everything was 5 star. Staff received us with smiling face at all the corner of the hotel. Location was quite decent and scenic. We enjoyed our stay.
