Perfect Location

We loved our stay in this studio. The view is perfect, and the little public beach infront is a wonderful thing to have just a quick walk across the street! Myriam is lovely and a great manager for the apartment! The building has art deco vibes and is in a convenient spot for shopping and dining. We found ourselves not wanting to go out for meals so much though as the balcony was our favourite spot and the kitchen had what we needed to cook. Although we were only there for 2 nights, we appreciated the storage options for when we come back for a longer stay!

I would stay again and again if a new bed and mattress as location and views amazing

View excellent from the sunny balcony. Small kitchen but well equipped. Myriam a lovely host

Great location, the owner was helpful and the view was stunning!

The studio is large and matched our expectations from the photos. Lots of amenities such as terrace furniture, hairdryer and coffee made the stay more comfortable.

A little noisy at night but to be expected given the location.

Fabulous view. Simple apartment but sufficient for a short stay.

Superb

Stunning view from the apartment terrace; the apartment is located at the 5th floor of the building. Easy parking nearby the flat; it seems that during Autumn and Winter the parking is free in Juan Les Pins.

an additional Abat-jour on the bed side would come in handy

super center located! Right before the roundabout, fantastic sea view! Restaurants everywhere!

Antibe is a place alive, very alive, still traffic jam at midnight! people chanting in the street at 2 am :(

Room with a view

The view from the balcony is outstanding and the location is great an walking distance to nightlife and the beaches. It was easy to check in and check out and the host was accommodating. Air conditioning was good and it made the stay pleasant for us and our dog. It was very reasonably priced for the area and for the sea view.

It was a bit difficult and expensive to find parking nearby. We ended up have to pay 60 euro one day for parking because all the reasonably priced lots were full. The property was very dated, because of the location and the view it would be outstanding with some minor repairs/updates. The kitchen cupboards didn't close so they just swung open, needs a new coat of paint, etc. The toilet was finicky and we had to do so adjustments to stop the water from running. The booking.com listing is misleading "Bedroom 1: 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed, Living room: 1 sofa bed ", just to be clear this is a studio it does not have an additional bedroom.
