This gorgeous private residence is the perfect place to enjoy as your home away from home. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage and has a huge 300 SF covered Lanai to enjoy our fantastic Florida weather. Our house borders wetland vegetation on one side so while on the lanai you will enjoy the sights and sounds of nature with local birds, our resident land turtles and marsh hares appearing nightly at dusk. You will have full use of boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, golfing equipment, xbox one with game selection, fishing rods, and large gas fired barbecue grill. In the garage is also a pet kennel if required, and a small selection of tools and gardening equipment. Cable and WiFi are provided. There are two TVs, one in the living room and a 2nd in the master suite. Additionally, one room is equipped as office with printer. Sleep arrangements with the following configuration: King bed in Master, Queen/Full size bed in room 2, Bunkbeds hosting a Full size middle bed and 2 single beds in room 3, 1 double pull out in living area. There is also a queen sized inflatable mattress available. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facility. 100% Smoke free environment. All yard waste must be picked up at all times. With quick access to all Sebastian has to offer and only 4 miles to the riverfront and 8 miles to the ocean, 11 miles away from the mall, this home is perfect for everyone. Sebastian has that rare small town old Florida vibe. If you are not familiar with the Florida Treasure Coast or the Sebastian River area, you are in for a wonderful treat! Sebastian has a long history as a quaint fishing village and remains a place that cherishes and protects its natural beauty. This is where sea turtles nest, manatees frolic, dolphins play, pelicans roost and tons of birds, fish and nature lovers enjoy the Sebastian River. You will find Pelican Island here; the country's first Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge founded over a hundred years ago and the famous Jungle Trial. The area is also designated a safe habitat for the loggerhead turtles who come to nest on the beaches in May through July. There are free guided night trips to the beach to watch the turtles dig their nests and lay their eggs. The Sebastian area is famous for its year-round fishing on the St. Sebastian river, the Indian River Lagoon or the Atlantic Ocean. Several easily accessible boat ramps and parking facilities are located along Indian River Drive. There’s a lot of local history as well and several museums in which to see artifacts from treasure shipwrecks along the Treasure Coast. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets. -Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately. -Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws. -Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
