About this house rental

Located in Sunrise Beach, this attractive house for £227 per night is a great choice for your next break. A fabulous beach house perfect for families, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large outdoor entertaining area featuring a pool. The home sleeps up to to 10 guests and the garage has been converted into a games room with table tennis table, pool table, dart board and comfortable lounge seating. Walk in to the tiled living and dining area on the lower level of the home and open the bi-fold doors surrounding this area to create a cool, seamless, indoor/outdoor space. An open fireplace in the lounge provides warmth for the cooler months. There is a beach-themed kitchen on this level featuring ample bench and storage space and a four-burner gas cook top and the dining table is large enough for all to gather around to enjoy good company. This level also has a bathroom with a shower, vanity, separate toilet and laundry. Upstairs houses all four air conditioned bedrooms. The master suite has ample robe space, an en suite and a private balcony. Two bedrooms have built-in robes and one has its own balcony. The main bathroom features a spa bath. The garage has a table tennis table and a pool table, or can park two cars if you wish to fold the table tennis table away. Take an easy stroll across Pat Mullins Park and down Henderson Street to the shops or down Ross Crescent to the beach. Other features include:- 4 Bedrooms - 1 x King, 1 x Double, 1 x bunk with double on bottom, single on top, 1 x bunk with double on bottom, single on top Air conditioned bedrooms Webber BBQ Great outdoor entertaining area - fully enclosed and perfect for kids and pets Flat screen TV DVD player Ceiling fans in bedrooms Pet friendly WiFi Off street parking for two Beach access at the end of the street A short walk to the restaurant precinct of Sunshine Beach *NB No events, functions, parties or school leaver groups permitted - Guests are also required to abide by the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour - copy available online with our terms and conditions Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner. Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted. A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

Large comfortable beach house
Large comfortable beach house
We found it easy to relax at this house, with a large comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen. It's easy to find and park at; handy to the beach and a short drive to Noosa shops and Noosa Heads beach. Our dogs were secure on the property with plenty of shade and space outside. We would happily stay here again.
