Würde ich wieder Buchen, hat alles super geklappt.

Der kostenlose Shuttle war der Grund für die Buchung. Bei einem Aufenthalt in einem anderen Hotel in Nairobi musste ich für den Transfer 30 US-Dollar zum Flughafen bezahlen.

Great!

Staff are exceptional. Friendly and efficient service. Bar is 24 hours and food served until very late. Perfect airport hotel experience. Wonderful shuttle service - quick and easy! Safe for female travellers who are travelling alone. Always felt safe and looked after!

Food and drink prices are a bit expensive, but not terribly so.

Good hotel for discerning travellers that don't like excessive formality

Friendly and helpful staff, very good bedroom and bathroom with great shower. Good security and good shuttle service to the airport. Garden Restaraunt was a bonus and atmosphere in the bar area was just right, clean, tidy but friendly. The evening buffet option was a hit for me. Reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Very little to comment on here. The only minor improvements I can suggest is that the music level in the rooftop pool area could be a little lower and the phone used to place orders for food etc be located away from the music which made communication quite difficult. I would suggest a phone app could be a good option to enable the menu to be browsed in several languages and orders placed directly against a room number. This could work well for room service as well as orders from the pool location.

Great staff, wonderful size rooms, good amenities!

The staff are absolutely exceptional, incredible service! Amazing 24-hour bar facilities and food served until early hours of the morning. The hotel has all you need!

Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful facility close by the Nairobi International Airport.

The staff was very welcoming and nice, also we appreciated the airport shuttle service, which was on time and comfortable. Also the rooms were clean and had all the necessary things. Very nice place to stay specially when coming from or going to the Nairobi International airport.

We were a bit disappointed that the swimming pool didn't work and there was no information about it before hand. It was one of the main features why we decided to stay in this hotel, not any other close by.

Great for the JKIA Airport

Very convenient, located so close to the airport with pick-up from and return to the airport included in the price. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are great. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The restaurant service is so terribly slow.

Nice modern hotel with good staff. Just let down by noisy guests (3 hours sleep before a 16 hour connect flight, not fun

Very modern and very close to the airport. The staff were very attentive.

Because it's proximity to the airport, we were constantly woken up by people arriving and leaving and all hours of the morning. There was also a family having a birthday party till 1 am on our corridor, so we had a terrible sleep.

Free reliable airport transfers worth arranging. Clean, comfortable and quality.

Freshly cooked late night food. Friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent ambience. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and good automatic coffee machine.

The meal we ordered was quite slow to come. Our burgers a little overseasoned maybe with oxo or maggie cubes, but very tasty.

Great, fantastic holiday

bedroom and bed comfort. Able to sleep very well and the hygene of bathroom was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good relaxation

We were unable to sue the pool because it wasnt covered and hence, it got dirty pretty quickly. Also it wasnt easy to get to the city centre but all the same was easy to get to the aiport, hence all fair.
