It was in a great location.

The water in the shower was unpredictable

Amazing location, close to everything but quiet also.

Air conditioner in the hallway had a major leak which was a slip hazard. Showers need updating.

The apartment was very well equiped, with a great kitchen with everything we needed, very spacious rooms and very clean. It had lovely decor and was a delight to stay in. The location was superb, right in the centre of town, above the local shopping district, cafes and gelato stores.

The apartment is not reachable by car as it is in the pedestrian only region of the city. The local car park is 26€ per day and is a fair walk through cobblestones to reach the apartment. It was very hard to find the apartment as there are no external signs. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, would be impossible for elderly/disabled.

One of the A/C broken, and no one answered our request, although we know that it had been damaged several days before our arrival.

the boiler is old and was not on when we arrived - no hot water until someone came to adjust it. then it started to leak overnight, with the pressure increasing in the pipes - had to fiddle with it part of the night to avoid problems. no instructions on the flat. that would have helped.

Very comfortable, clean and beautiful apartment with a wonderful location.

Functional, spacious and elegant. Very conveniently located and yet very quiet. Paolo responded immediately to queries and was very helpful and kind. A perfect host.

The host was easy to communicate with via Whatsapp and sent the house rules which was helpful. The property is in a great location in Siena!

When we got there the kitchen floor was very wet and a mop was still out so I'm not sure they finished cleaning. One of the drains was also clogged with hair. There isn't a way to turn on the fan in the living room and even though there are a lot of AC units they either didn't work or didn't work very well. There were also a lot more steps than we realized to get to the apartment and the steps are quite steep.
