This single-story home includes 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 9 guests. The home features two spacious entertaining spaces with comfortable lounge seating, a pool table that also converts into a ping pong table and a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you need during your stay. Enjoy the great year-round climate of Encinitas in the spacious backyard! The backyard is equipped with a variety of amenities including a BBQ grill, basketball hoop, dining and lounge seating furniture and a grass play area. One guest bedroom includes a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and a work station with plenty of tabletop space for a laptop and a wireless printer/scanner available is for use. Two other guest bedrooms include comfortable queen size beds and TV's. A full size bathroom includes a shower/tub combo to be shared by the three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, TV, a sliding glass door opening up to the backyard and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Parking available in the driveway for two vehicles. The home is equipped with Air Conditioning. The fifth bed is a full sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room/kitchen area. The home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay including a washer/dryer, household supplies, linens and towels. As a safety feature to the home, video surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior entrances. The neighborhood is a short walk to everything you may need during your stay including grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and more! The home is also just a short drive to the shops, restaurants and night life of downtown Encinitas. Moonlight, Stonesteps and Swamis Beaches are quite close - among the top surfing sports in North County San Diego! Easy access to the Interstate-5 freeway and Coast Highway makes it a quick drive to other San Diego favorites such as area beaches, shopping, restaurants and destinations like the Del Mar Race Track, Sea World, historic Old Towne, the San Diego Zoo, LEGOLAND, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District. Save on your stay by considering a longer stay! Reservations 31 nights or more are not charged a 10% tax. Any stays 30 nights or less are required by the city of Encinitas to pay this when making a reservation. Inquire for a special rental quote for stays longer than 31 nights. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Guests must provide proof of ID. If someone else books the home on behalf of another group or individual, the person who made the booking will also need to submit proof of ID. 2. nice place, clean, nice neighborhood, fun things for the family - pool table, corn hole game, etc. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy drive to the beach.

We came out for a wedding. The house could not have been better. Quite, plenty of room for everyone.
The lime trees in the back was a hit The location was ideal, close to coffee, restaurants and grocery stores.
Definitely would rent again.

It was a nice place. It was exactly how it was pictured. We were a short trip away to Legoland (7yr old loved it there) and just 30mins to the san diego zoo.

We had a great time visiting Encinitas with family! The outdoor space was amazing and the location was wonderful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We could walk to get coffee every morning. The only issue we had was that the alarm system kept chirping and we had to unplug the entire system to get it to stop, which took a little bit of time to figure out.

This is our second time renting this house for a long winter stay. We love everything about it. It is located within walking distance to several grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The sofas are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. We enjoyed using the ping-pong table and the basketball hoop in the backyard. The property management company was quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to be able to stay here again next winter.

This is a very nice home to spend a few days in with your family. It is in a very nice neighborhood and is located close to lots of stuff from grocery stores to restaurants to gyms. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay at this home. Would stay there again!

We stayed at the end of September 2022. It’s a beautiful house, and was perfect for me and my friends as a weekend getaway. Short drive to the beach; nice quiet neighborhood. We had fun using the pool table, the basketball hoop, and the cornhole boards. We also took advantage of the BBQ.
The house has nice TVs throughout. My only complaint is that they don’t have any of the sports channels, not even ESPN. For a group of guys who wanted to kick back and watch some games while we were hanging out at the house, that was disappointing.
Otherwise, it was a great experience. The property management followed up multiple times to make sure we had what we needed, but didn’t contact me so often to become annoying. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great stay, the location is perfect and the amenities were fantastic! Checking in we ran into a small glitch but that was on us LOL we didn't punch in the correct code. We did however see a few bugs in the kitchen spice cabinet. We attempted to call back after their help with the door code and got no call back. Not a big deal, our stay was still FANTASTIC and we would absolutely go back!!!

Great Place for Families!
This is a really nice home with mostly updated furnishings, bathrooms and comfortable beds. The best part for us was that it had a basketball goal, a pool/ping pong table, and a decent cornhole set in the private backyard. This place was conveniently located to I5 and only a couple of miles from the beach. We didn't use them but there were TV's everywhere and even a fireplace. It's a very big kitchen that is a bit disorganized but everything you need is there to cook or entertain. There's even spices and other things you need which was very helpful. We will absolutely check this place out again if we travel as a family to the SD area.

Perfect house for the perfect trip
First of all the picture do it justice. This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood that is walking distance to stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The home is well decorated, exceptionally clean and has all the amenities a family would want for a weeks stay. Communication was excellent and responsive. Highly recommend this house to families or groups wanting to explore Encinitas or San Diego.

Great Property
The house was perfect for our needs. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The backyard was amazing for the kids to play (with a privacy fence). They also loved the swing in the front. I would definitely book it again. The only two issues we had: 1. the door code I was sent did not work at 3pm for check-in like it was supposed to. It was a LONG day of travel with a 5 and 2 year old and quite frustrating to be locked out of the house. Calling the property management company was not ideal because it’s a call center and then someone calls you back, but the code started working at 3:30pm and we were able to get in. 2. The kitchen table is counter height with stools (that were a bit wobbly). My 67 year old mother and my kids were not able to safely sit at the table. Chairs with backs would have been nice.

Wonderful stay!
We were so fortunate to be able to spend the late winter and early spring in this beautiful home. Lovely House, Perfect Location
We need a place for two families nearby our relatives in Encinitas. This house exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed every aspect of the house: the kitchen that was well stocked with pans, appliances, etc., an amazing backyard that kept kids and parents busy, and a comfy living room (actually two) that had huge TV's. An unexpected bonus was the ability to walk in the mornings to a nearby coffee shop. Communication was exemplary throughout. We could have easily stayed there for a month.

The location of the house was really great and the house was clean and was well kept. Several things were quite frustrating though:
1. When we arrived no one had given the access code to enter the house and no one was available to provide me that code via phone, email, or text. It took over an hour for someone to finally respond. That was tough after a 10 hour flight with 3 kids
2. The internet in the house did not work the first day we were there. The owner was very responsive and helped fix that right away
3. Really enjoyed the basketball hoops and overall cleanliness of the house
4. The location was great! Close to the beaches and other attractions (Lego Land, Zoo, etc.).
5. I had to query about getting the refundable damage deposit back. It's not an insignificant amount of money

The beds were really comfortable. A property management company does manage this home and they were responsive. We actually didn't get our code for the house at 3 pm when check-in was, so I message them through the VRBO app and someone reached out right away to get me the code. From there it was a great stay! One thing to note is all rooms but are nice and dark except for the office with the pullout couch, which has a skylight.

Great for a crowd
A group of 4 men stayed here for the Breeders Cup Races. Other than construction on the interstate, it easy to find and in a great safe neighborhood. One gentlemen took a walk in the neighborhood each morning and thought is was great.
Well equipped clean house, with comfortable beds, nice bedrooms and great sitting areas outside. Will be keeping this one in my back pocket for next year.
Have not received my deposit, but was told it could take 8-10 days.

Overall Nice Stay - Some Things Were Frustrating
The location of the house was really great and the house was clean and was well kept. Several things were quite frustrating though:

Beautiful place to stay.
But I don't think I should have to call remind or feel like I am begging for money that belongs to me especially when I took good care of the place and you guys got paid and didn't have to wait 8 days you immediatelytook payment you shouldimmediately reimbursemy deposit. I am disappointed

This was a great property for a guys trip to play golf! Plenty of amenities and activities to do at the home as well as not being far from great restaurants. This was a great property for a guys trip to play golf! Plenty of amenities and activities to do at the home as well as not being far from great restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was simple, and the house was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back and stay again!

The bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds and lovely black out shades. The swings out front were a nice relaxing bonus to the property. There were plenty of places to relax and hang out with TVs in every room. And the back yard was a nice area for the kids and grown kids could hang out and shoot some hoops. I might suggest bringing plastic or paper plates if you have kids. The only thing that could have been better was upon arrival the air in the house was turned off, so it was very hot and took a long time to cool the house and keep the temperature at a moderate level. We also had elderly parents with us and I was concerned about the floor rugs because they did not lay flat and I was concerned one of them may trip. Also the stools were very unsteady, so I put them in a closet so no one accidentally got hurt. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.
